I got a call from this number earlier today (Sunday at 1:30pm). I did not answer because I didn't recognize it. But, I did call back and got a busy signal each time. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a scammer... I don't know anyone from San Bernadino.

I received a number from this phone number today (June 14, 2009). The guy said that I had been entered into a drawing sponsors but Mastercard, Visa & Discover. He asked three questions (marital status, age, occupation). Then went on to tell me that I can slect up to five magazine to receive for six months which are already prepaid by the sponsors. He also said that I would be in another drawing to receive a flat screen tv, airline tickets to travel to any 28 countries, etc. All the while, he kept asking Does this sound good to you? So I finally said I was confused because he called my cell phone which none of the companies have that number. He explained again and I told him that I was not interested. There is no way in hell someone is going to call my cell phone with all these goodies to tell me that everything is virtually free - No Such Thing in America!
