Got this text from this phone number late afternoon yesterday.  The website they said to go to is targetwinner.com.  Glad I checked out the phone number the text came from first.

I just got this text.  Target has lots and lots of money.  Can't they figure out who is doing this to them.  I am so over this stuff and how did they get my number to begin with?  Target TAKE ACTION.

Same thing as above..what can be done about this?

How do these people get our cell numbers???? I called from my work phone and got a recording saying, "you have reached a person that does not have a mail box setup..." I wonder why?????

I got the same Target message on my phone at 2AM this morning. How do you stop these messages?  I tried replying with END/STOP, and it sent me a message back saying "Message to (this number) failed: Resource shortage.    or does anybody know corporates phone number, because i cant find it on the website, i've had it. this is like the 3rd-4th one i've had. My mom gets the same messages on her phone as well.

I got a text today that said "Your entry last month has WON! go to TargetContest.com and enter your winning code 53822 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24 hours."  I decided to search to see if this was really true but sadly it seems that this is a scam text that been sent out in the last few days. Glad I didn't give any info to them!  It is shameful that someone is doing this at this time of year or any time for that matter!!

got some targetcontests.com message telling me I won $1,000- which I could totally use right now. way to start everyone's holidays off to a fruadulent start, jerks!

Received the same message. Web site is developed with only a single response box that works. How do they get my phone number?
