They are charging my credit card and saying they have my recording ,but when they called they said only one time payment now they are saying in have to pay 60 $ everymonth for 2 yrs and I cannot cancel. Is there a way to stop them , please help

They charged my credit card saying there is just one time fee and now they are charging me every month $ 60 and i have to pay that for 18 months and there is no way i can cancel i told them that i am moving back to my country i need to cancel but the lady rudely said that i have to still pay and disconnected the call and when i called back and asked she said she doesnt want to waste time talking to me.  and is  threating me , This is a fraud number and i have not received any magazines yet they say they have a recording saying that i have agreed to pay but they have manupulated and done this transaction .

I have had them call harrassing me for payment on both my cell phone and home phone. I have told them over and over again that I do NOT want these magazines and to CANCEL my subscription NOW. They refuse to do it and claim they are sending my account to collections. I have received what they call "FREE" issues already but have not received any of the ones that I thought I was ordering and told them that. Whatever you do do not deal with this company. They insist on a credit or debit card when you start out and charge you the first 3 months right away.

My bank account was charged 39.99 from national renewal, so I called 1800-339-9492 and I told the lady I wanted to cancel because I can't afford it and didn't need  the magazines. She told me I couldn't cancel because my 14 day an elation window had passed. She caught and attitude with me and I retaliate and asked to speak to someone that can cancel the subscription. Keep in mind I haven't received any magazines yet and I signed up last month. She said that no one will be able to cancel it. The manager Kim at ext 6200 told me she couldn't cancel and Would work with me. Offered to hold the account until after tr holidays and resume paints in feb. I told her I dot need it and that u have have my bank stop payment. She threatened me with collection and ruining my credit. I told her I am going to write to their corporate headquarters. So far it seems like no one has been able to cancel. I hope this doesn't become my living hell. Has anybody tried calling it writing to the headquarters, if so what happened?

Ya just had this number call me saying they are with CSS. don't remember much but they said they are a collection agency and are calling cause of late payments. I mean seriously I didnt even know i ordered another magazine company. I litteraly canceled 3 magazines from 3 dif companys when i only ordered 1 and now this bs. I am a fking vet and don't need this s***t. Its one thing to call and have manures but to call me in the early morning at 8:21 and be a rude sob Y they got there a*** chewed out and told them to call me on the first cause I have a magazine company calling me that day to handle the 3rd and final cancellation and im a have them look these ppl up and let me know whats going on cause if i have to i will drive there and seek them out then they get to be chewed out face to face. I am done with these ignorant rude sob's.

These people are rude and ridiculou!!! I told one of their reps that I wanted to cancel the subscriptions on the fact that I don't read them.That was JANUARY!!! It is now May and these rude a** little b****es tell me that they have no records of that conversation!!!! Hmmm...Let's see how long it takes ME to get them on court.

This number calls me about 4 to 5 times a day starting at about 7 in the morning, they call my cell phone I don't have a house phone, I had to put it on auto reject because I answered it a few times prior and told them that the number that they were calling was a cell phone and that they needed to remove me from their calling list.Tell me if I am wrong but isn't it illegal for them to call someone on their cell phone?  Anyway they are still calling I have thought about calling an attorney because this is rediculous and these people need to stop.

I have been getting calls from these same people.  I was stupid enough to sign up 4 years ago.  They call me 2 times a week.  I have been looking into restraining orders on telemarketers.  There are a few cases.  The numbers I get called from are 651-493-7950 and 612-355-3911.

I have been so angry that I have been keeping a log of every time that they call and what number, time, and date.  I have no idea what I am going to do, but I am willing to put money behind some kind of legal action.  I would seriously get so much satisfaction from bringing these people down that I would put thousands of dollars into it.  I am just looking for the right lawyer to get involved.  

I am going to do what I can to bring these jerks down.  They are hiding in Minnesota, and all have northern accents.

Keep calling and harassing us all day using this number and other numbers, claiming to be acrs trying to force me to by there magazines. When I told them to please stop they bluntly replied they'll keep calling everyday. I keep blocking them but they use another numbers to call please help

This "company" is a nightmare, they have swindeled thousands of dollars out of hard working people for no reason at all. They are malicious, decietful, rude, and downright crooks. Because of them trying to steal my pockebook (and others) I have reported them to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. Please if these people call you, JUST HANG UP and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. They lie, intimidate, and threaten you on purpose. No matter what the initial "deal" is, just don't do it. HANG UP, it'll save you alot of money and headaches.
They also change their name and phone number all the time so it's hard to track them. Bottom line, is that they are scum.

Got a call from Viking Magazine Service saying my son had not paid his bill.  After talking to three different managers, I got it taken care of and I asked to be taken off the call list since it was paid in full.  Got another call a week later saying that his automatic renewal period was up and he needed to pay for the next 5 years.  He has only had his magazines for 5 months and already needs another 5 years.  I have tried to get these people to go away and they still want money for nothing.

I received a phone call in which they gave me the impression they were renewing my subscription for International Magazine Exchange.  They ask for all my personal information as they said "to up date my renewal".  I stupidly gave it to them.  First I was told $9.90 a month, a second person told me $59.00 a month.  Then they wask for my social secerity Number.  That I didn't give them.
I called my credit card company and they had already put a 59.99 payment within a half hour of the call.. I called National Exchange Magazine and they said its possibly a scam.  Why doesn't someone in the government control these scamers????

I didn't even sign up with this company, I did mine through a company called Mountain Area Communications and I have paid my entire balance and now they are saying I owe more. They just called me tonight. I am very frustrated with this situation, I know I don't own anything else and these people say they don't even know who Mountain Area Communications are. I think this is just a scam to try and get more money out of us. I bet it is all the same company. Please let me know what you may have done to get these people to stop.

thye are crooks, trying to make people pay for something they did not order, and threat you with collections, Who in the hell let these people into the unitd States for, they had my credit card number, had to cancel my card, and they had my address, and cell number too, and i didn't agree to nothing, and yet they have talked to others about this and thought they were my husband and they were not

Henry that will only work if you didn't commit to their program or are not a delinquent. I did sign up for it and I paid in full, but they are now trying to get me to commit even more. I just want to know how to make it stop?

I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Minnesota Attorney General's Office for ignoring both the National Do Not Call List and their own Do Not Solicit List.  They often leave "urgent" messages for me to call back, calling several times a week.  I also wrote my representatives in Washington.  I am doing my part to shut these guys down for good.

National Renewal Exchange, Trying to get you to agree to pay 5 years worth of magazines

Left a message in broken English on my cell phone voicemail asking me to return their call at 1-800-576-6802.  This apparently belongs to National Renewal Exchange (NRE), possibly related to Viking Magazine.  They asked me to contact their financial department.  Others have reported this to be a scam involving a $500 shopping spree which turns into a nightmare of phone calls and threats for collection.  NRE may be another one of these collection agencies who make your life miserable for failing to renew a magazine subscription.  They also rotate their numbers to keep from being tracked.
