I got a call from this number on 12/2/09 on my cell phone no less. I don't recall ever giving out my cell phone number to telemarketers so how did they get it?

Bestmark is legit (I have a check from them in my purse right now).  They're only calling you if you're a mystery shopper and they have quesion. I've never had them call and not leave a message.

Yes, they re a secret shopper company. A legit one too. They do not call unless you sign up, though, so I'm not sure why you would be getting a call if you haven't.
