To stop these calls, you can do the following:

1) Next time they call, ask to be put on their "do not call" list.
2) Make sure you're on the National Do Not Call Registry.
3) This is likely a robo-call (automated dialer).  If this call is being made to your land line and your land service is through your Internet Service Provider (ISP), you may be able to use Nomorobo - it detects robo-calls and disconnects them after the first ring.  It's free.  Google "nomorobo".  I use it and it has cut nuisance calls by 90%.
4) If your land line service is though your ISP, you may be able to block the number through your call management options.

Getting sick of this company and/or a person calling myself over and over and over again I'd like to find out what is home number is and/or the company's personnel's home phone numbers and call them incestuously and see how they like it!!!!!!

same thing - they call and call but never leave a message. I have only had my cell phone number for a month or so but I am getting all kinds of unwanted calls several times a day - driving me crazy.

We have been receiving 3-4 calls a day over the past week. Hangs up when you answer.

This place calls me a half dozen times a day.  Injury Claims Group??  I'm not answering.

INVADING your privacy not evading.

I get repeated call every dinner time. Name displayed on caller ID is INJURY CLAIMS GROUP. Recording wants to know if I want to file a claim.

Aggravating as all get out!

I have pressed one as advised to be placed on their do not call list and yet they call me a couple of times a day. These calls are unwanted and the technology on their end doesn't work; when I answer the call the computer hangs up.

i have been repeatedly getting phone calls from this number. i finally answered and it was a loud long beep sound that continued to rise in volume and remained even after the call disconnected. DO NOT answer this call!

update - they've called a DOZEN more times between 1/30/14 and 2/4/14.  i have blocked the number through google voice, but since i'm sure this is an auto-dialer, it doesn't make any difference.  yeesh!

Are getting calls from them and they are hanging up...When they do this, they are expecting you to call back to see who it was that called you.... Your curiosity are then charged 19.95 for a redial call

Whoever is calling my cell from this number doesn't even have the guts to answer and/or identify themselves.  I am getting several calls a day.  These calls are very annoying and unnecessary, and they need to STOP!

I received calls from 9542040260 with no message, I called the number and the voice prompt recording said it was an injury claim group. It also said if I wanted to be placed on a list to stop calling to press #1 and I did. The recording states that it takes 72 hours for your name to be removed, for the calls to stop.
For what reason are they calling, invading on people privacy and time. Most disgusting and aggravating.

Received a call from this number.  They didn't leave a voicemail message, but I did call it back.  Says I reached an Injury Claim hotline (what the world!!).  At any rate, it did give me the option to remove my number from their calling list and so I did.  Hope this helps!
