There is a "learning curve" to using this site, so I do understand the confusion.  You probably Googled this number and clicked onto the search result, which brought you straight to this number thread.  Most regulars come to the "homepage" - shown on the top right, under "site menu".

Now, now... let's give Kplan23 the benefit of the doubt.  I think he's just a bit confused by being new to this site.  According to Alexa.com, 70.6% of the visitors come here directly from google.com.  Another 9% come here directly from google.ca, bing.com, and yahoo.com.  I imagine most of these people are looking for a specific telephone number and never bother to see any page other than the front page of the thread for the number they are looking for.  Probably very few ever see the front page of 800notes.com or even know that it exists.

That's why so many people thank google instead of 800notes in their comments, even though we are actually the ones who helped them.

At least Kplan23 knew enough to ask whether there was a place to see new postings as they came in.  That's worth a thumbs-up to a new user all by itself.

The fact that he seemed to enjoy the George Carlin clip would be worth a second from me, if I were allowed to award two thumbs up to a single post.

>>> It was good for a laugh if you like George Carlin, but that all. <<<

Sometimes a good laugh is worthwhile, which is why I posted it.  And, as Slim has noted, yes, it is possible to see all the new posts as they come in.  Monitoring the new posts is but one of the ways regulars have of spotting numbers where their help is needed.

But sometimes a good laugh is needed, too.  It helps to keep us sane.  See "Latest Videos" on the lower right of your screen.  (But note that the videos linked to there are rarely updated.)

So I needlessly gave this caller the benefit of the doubt after his first call on the 19th.
Aaron Novello called my DNC landline from Fort Lauderdale two more times 03/20/2014. At 09:09 AM and 7:45 PM. He still hasn't left a message although he held the line open for 1:09 minutes this evening.
He's now BLOCKED!

Some folks need a LOT more ... err ... assistance and direction!
(grin)
Yes, I wondered how Kplan23  found their way here in the first place,  Maybe they forgot... or maybe they are looking for a pen pal (I am not volunteering for that position).

Geez, up until now I would have sworn up and down that you have overstated the obvious.  Guess not!  :-)

Yes.
Simply look at the first page of 800notes.com!
Or, to make it even easier, click on the following link:

I understand people trying to help one another. That's the purpose of this website. Perhaps I'm not knowledgable enough to understand how you and ANonieMouse got to this thread unless you received a call from this caller. I doubt that because neither of you mentioned being called. Is there a way to read all new threads?
In either case I meant no offense. I'm leery of  cynical scammers commenting on their own bad behavior.
But please explain to me how posting a link to a comedy clip from decades ago was supposed to be helpful in combatting telemarketers. It was good for a laugh if you like George Carlin, but that all.

ANonieMouse  is one of the regulars who try to help posters with problems.
Apparently you really do not want assistance.

Did you get a call from this number too? I don't understand why you'd be commenting unless you did? How else would you get to this page?

Maybe it was someone who forgot who they were calling:

Called my DNC landline on 03/19/2014 @ 07:17 PM from Fort Lauderdale, FL. No message was left.
I'll guess this was a misdialed number or a scammer who's using an innocent person's spoofed number.
