Carribean Cruise Lines calls with an offer that sounds too good to be true,it just might be.Sounds like a ScamScum.Do Not give them Squat for personal information.

This isn't a SCAM.  They offer you a free cruise plain and simple.  You only have to pay the port fee which is completely normal...now on the other hand, the excessive calls is too much.  

I have telemarketing experience, so let me offer you advice...if you are excessively rude or pick up/ hang up quickly, they will disposition the call as "call again".  You need to engage them.  Best thing is to tell them you are absolutely not interested and that you are on the National No Call List. Please disposition as do not call...remember, that agent has the immediate ability to mark you as do not call, but if you are an a**hole, you can expect more calls. If they continue to call then report them right away Sign up at https://www.donotcall.gov/.

Yes stay away! I purchase the package $898.00 1 1/2,yr I didn't have time to go so now they are calling me 3 times  day without leaving a msg.. i answered last nite..they say my package is expired and they want to upgrade me but I just need 977.00 to reinstate my account but then I will owe my package no exp date.. I told them no that things are too busy and I already wasted almost $900 they said that's fine will close ur account and bill u for money owe.. wtf owe? How? I didn't book a trip just paid for the package.. so I called my bank and told them the story and now they are disputing 1st charge.. stupid people just should of let us both walk away..

I got a call from Carribean cruise line,asking me to pay 118$ for two persons for a 2-day free trip to Bahamas.......I sensed it as FRAUD.My calling numbers were from florida (8006136524 & 9545679353)
Be careful my friends about these numbers,they  keep calling you untill you show-up your credit or debit card numbers.Can the US federal govt.do anything for such type of acts of fraud on phone???????

I was called from this number which I had to call back only to be told that it was the Promotions department followed by a click when I asked for the name of the company. This call followed a call from Caribbean Cruise (888-517-4182) to follow up on shipping of package.  The previous caller was urging me to upgrade  a plan I had previously paid for but could neither use nor retrieve. That caller told me that my plan had expired and that even if I got legal intervention the lawyer would only laugh at me because it had expired.  When I asked why they hadn't called me to inform me of its status, she simply said that this upgrade would allow for that benefit and that it was urgent that I responded since the call was computer-generated and the upgrade was therefore a one-time offer. The cost for the upgrade was $918 but she would discount it to $700+.
I felt very pressured and initiated the process.  However, because I felt uneasy by the pressure that was applied I wished to withdraw and settle for the $500+ loss rather than incur a new one.  After getting some of my information which allowed limited access to my accounts the caller hung up.  Thanks to the fraud protection on my account, I received a call immediately informing me of their activities.  I was then able to intervene  and advise the bank and make the necessary changes.  Thank God!

Has called me several time but only spoken once, last message said "I don't appreciate being harassed at work, so leave me alone" I don't know who they are and I have tried to tell them that they must have the wrong number but now it looks like there doing the harassing on me since they won't stop calling

Same thing happened to me. Got a call about a week ago that was automated, asked me to answer 10 questions and get a free cruise. I clicked the buttons on the keypad and was transferred to an operator who took down my name and number, and directed to me a website where I could register. The website did not exist.

Over the course of this week, I've received countless calls from this number. I spoke to them once, and the woman was adement on getting me to sign up for this free cruise. The details are exactly like everyone on this page has said: free cruise for two, 18 months to use it, small down payment of $59...all too good to be true, right? I was extremely hesitant to give out any information. Google'd this page while on the phone and hung up. They've been calling like mad since: TWENTY CALLS in two hours.

Let there be no mistake: this is a scam. From the research I've done, it seems like you can actually get a cruise out of this, but until you spend a great deal of money and go under an even greater deal of stress. Once there, the cruise is low quality and you'll have to pay even more. It's not worth it.

Calls me several times a week on my cell. Keeps asking for someone I never heard of. Told them numerous times they have the wrong number. They still keep calling, very rude and obnoxious.

It is an autodialer that calls multiple people at the same time and hangs up on anyone everyone else
It is illeagal, try to get the goverment to do anything that stops scammers. They are worried about saving everyone else in the world.

This number has called me at least 6 times in less than 16 days so far.  They never say a word when I answer and then they hang up.

Receive numerous unwanted calls from this number.  Would like to stop them from calling. The 'name' on my caller ID says BESM.

I'm posting about this compay along with their phone number on my Facebook page. I want my friends to know about this company and this act of fraud. I'm telling them not to do business, but to not even answer the phone when they see this co. on caller ID. They are a pain in my royal...well you know!

Yes, I agree it's fraud! Something must be done. I am goine to call the Fl. Better Bus. Bureau or at least start with this office to get something done. These people must be stopped! They are crooks!

I receive several calls from this number weekly. I have asked them not to call again. The Do Not Call Registry isn't working even though I file a complaint each time they call. Unlike most people, there is a person on the other end and he is telling me I have money in an acct. from a cruise I did not take and wants me to use it. I've told these guys I have not taken a cruise with money left in an acct. He becomes rude and talks over me when I'm explaining know one knows my business better than I and I there isn't any money anywhere in an acct. for me to take a cruise. This co. shows up on my called ID as BESM. I know this is a scam. They make me so angry! I'm going to do like the others have stated in their posts.....not answer the phone when I see this number. May be these idiots will stop calling one day. So pissed at people trying to steal from others!!!!

rings for 2 - 4 seconds. no message left google search list BESM INC. seen this scheme before. 3 fold tactic: 1) short 2-4 sec with no answer = no telephone charge to BESM. 2)pass charges to victim by hoping victim will return call (non toll free). 3) Once caller returns callers number is registered with in BESM as valid and may be passed to other telemarketers. BESM may or may not engage in direct telemarketing. Passing "valid" numbers to other companies also generates cash flow.  

You can stop this by registering with the national do not call registry. Secure government web site.

My wife had won a 3 day cruise from them all we had to pay for is port cost for each of us for a total of $59.00 each. We suppose to have up to 2 years to take the cruise from Fort Lauderdale, Fl to the Bahamas for 1 day stay. THe ship was going to be on the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship. This would have been our first cruise. My wife and I could not afford air fairs to get there and She would have to drive the whole way there and she could not have done so. I asked them if we could have transferred it to Galveston no way. We asked them if we could give it to my brother and his wife in Florida. The said we would have to pay the rest of the cruise price to transfer it to them. It was a free cruise folks I would not have to finish paying it off it was paid off. I say let all of us give these people a bad rap in Face Book and let it spread all over the world to let no one give these people business my wife is going today or to night to put it on her face book. Let it spread of giving these people a bad rap as they gave us. We lost $110 hard earned dollars to these people. When no wone deals with people they would go out of business and bother us no more.
