The guy you are looking for is located in New York now and has moved his scam to New York, his name is Alon Friedman, he has been involved in many scams in the past from selling black market electronics, golf advertisements and even selling drugs. He has been arrested multiple time you can see the records online as arrest records a public just search "Alon Friedman kosher con man'. He has started a new company called eMoo inc in Brooklyn New York and has started contacting people in the tri state area using the same advertising scam, the reason he has not been stoped is because when banks and authorities call him he tells them that the services have been provided and unfortunately there is no way of proving otherwise, the only thing you can do to protect yourself if knowing who what what this scam is all about.

Please see the Facebook group above and post any information you can on there so we can warn people and hopefully stop this criminal before he cons thousands more people. His current location is confirmed @ 315 New York avenue apartment number 3A Brooklyn NY 11213. The contact number has changed for this company and as soon as i can verify it i will post it on this thread.

Actually, I work for an attorney that specializes in this type of work, and it is 100% ILLEGAL for them to call your cellphone.

I don't know who this phone number belongs to. Every time my phone rings I an-sir it but I get no response
  I tryed to look it up on the internet but I got nowhere. I want to put a stop to this. What ever reason it is that I'm getting this calls from this number I want no part off it.

11 before the nine makes me believe the call is coming from UK. 119 is how u would dial UK and european numbers are usually 1 digit shorter. get a calling card and call again i bet someone would answer.

I keep getting calls on me cell from this number and no one talks and when i call it back it says its not a working number

After the 6th call, I spoke with a live human.  This misguided person said that sometimes a call doesn't go through.  I repeated that I had seen a two year record of the same treatment I was describing.
He apologized and I explained two things:  (1) he could not be responsibe for all the missed calls people were identifying and (2) he should find another happier and more helpful job.  
After several attempts at trying to explain himself and his company, he said he was responding to an on-line request about a source for higher education.  The source of the request was unknown.  This was just before I suggested another job would be more satisfying.
After apologizing again, he said he would remove our name and number.

The #954-395-4878 keeps calling my cell, even when I answer I get no response or hear weird background noise and the number keeps calling every day 6-9 times! Please stop or is there anything I can do to make them stop or am I able to press harassment charges against the company or persons doing this.

Three calls in as many hours.  I could not reach anyone by calling back; the message said the call could not be completed as dialed.  No one spoke and no one left a message.
Please do not become as annoying as the people at the 954-395-4898.  Why haven't they been stopped by now?  I am writing on the premise that you can help.

got five calls from this company today.They left no message on voice mail.On call number six at 8:00pm I picked up-some guy asks to speak with my wife using her first name-I ask who's calling? he mumbles something-I ask again and he hangs up on me. The company is called education-they are in pompano beach florida. I called the number back and all I got was a recording that said the number is out of service. I filed a complaint with the national do not call registry. If they hear from enough of us they will do something-I hope.

sounded like a negro on the phone, he was laughing at the beginning of the call, then he asked to speak with my first name which he probably got from phone listings.  we dont know any negros other than the ones that work for my business and dont know why they would be calling from a 954 number other than trying to get free money or to get you to vote for obama to extend their welfare.

Numbers from this area code as well as other area codes in Florida, Oregon and the state of Washington are being used by parasites from South Asia, South East Asia, Central America, and even Africa. They aren't educated, and they are part of the credit card scam. Even though they aren't that smart I must say that they have earned a certificate in lying by hiding behind a computer.

The only way to make this # 954-395-4898 stop calling you, is to call this # 9542514433 every time the first # calls you. The second # is their human resource #, the only one that can be called back. If you call them enough times they will make it stop.

Someone called me at 9:25pm, and was asking for me and when I asked who they were, they told me just a first name and then I guess got cut off because they answered my question. I'm guessing it's a debt collector with an unsupported debt.

This is ridiculous! They will NOT stop calling my phone! They have called more than 10x in the past 3 days! It's some education thing and they are telling me I signed up for some kind of college match! I did no such thing! I'm 33 years old and out of college!  I asked them 3x not to call and they KEEP calling! I registered with the DO NOT CALL registry, and it better stop or I will research a how to file a harassment charge! TOTAL BS

Received 2 calls from this number. One while at work and I don't answer my cell at work, against the rules. Then got a call today, SUNDAY of all days, just back from church. The girl knew my first name and I said "Donna" was not available. Let them call again, they will get an earful if it is not a personal or family friend as I have lived in the 954 area code before. ANNOYING!!!
