I just got a call from them today treatening to garnish wages and take me to court. I do owe capital one money but I don't want to give them any bank info what should I do?

This company called me regarding pending lawsuit regarding a charge-off account from Bank of America. They would not give me the account number (which I already had) but wanted me to give them my FULL social security number so that they could identify me.
I had already paid Bank of America almost a year ago - exactly the amount that this company told me I had to pay them to avoid prosecution.
When I told them this, they became aggressive and threatening.
If you see this number on your caller ID, ignore it. They never leave messages.
Bank of America - "Bank of Opportunity"? Now, there's a thought.
