On 9/9/13 at 11:30am This guy called my cell number saying that he got a church flyer from  one of our memebers and that he was a prophet affiliated with Prophet Jordan from NY that's on TV. He called himself trying to prophesy to me and to my husband the Bishop about a conference that had just past! He even went as far as trying to speak in heavenly tongues! What he didn't realize was that the conference had passed and we really truly operate in the prophetic so we knew he was a fraud when he opened his mouth. My husband bEgan to minister the word of God to him and he Abruptly eneded the conversation and said he would call us back in an hour! Be careful this guys is a true scammer!!!!

If you are on this website to find out details about this so-called "music producer", I know the real story. Serge Cadet works with me at a grocery store and he is a man with special needs. He's a nice guy and always means well. Serge has got some big dreams he's chasing...so hopefully you have read this and have a better understanding of the guy. Next time he calls, try and have a little patience...like I said, he means well.

Today, April 8th, this man called saying he would like to speak with a corporate attorney re:  corporation law; corporation formation, and going public.  He is involved with church ministries.  Found corporate attorney's name on law firm's website.

He just called me too with the exact same story...  He needs help with music contracts, airplane agreements, looking to buy major teams.  Same telephone number.

Serge called me several times yesterday and said the same thing - he is creating a new record label and needed assistance with copyright, trademark, entertainment contracts, tax issues, corporate formation, government relations and aircraft leases, etc. Either he is good or (more likely) he is very grandiose and starts calling when he goes off his meds.

Just got a similar vmail from Sergio.

He just called me with the same story: record company, needs full service firm to do IP, employment, corporate, financing, real estate.  The list of services kept growing the longer I talked to him. I have no idea why he called me.

This is very helpful.  I've also been contacted and don't understand why.

I just spoke with him after 3 messages he's left.  Same story...bring some singers from Jaimaca, Spain and some other countries. I remember him calling last year for the same thing.

This time i got all his contact info!

3/20/09--I just got off the phone with this guy.  Same story--needs broad representation and has funds to pay.  Did anyone follow up with him?  Thanks.

Mr. Cadet has seemingly found his way to Los Angeles.  Pretty clearly has an issue as he indicated he found me on my firm's website but then inquired as to my firm's capabilities, which are clearly set forth on our site.  Also, all the work he appeared to be Florida based, but he called a lawyer in California.

I got the call yesterday, 12/17.  How are you dealing with him?

I'm with the NY office of an international firm. Just received the same call from "Serge Cadet" from the same number, asking vaguely for the same services to incorporate a record company in Miami and NY.  Great website; I googled his name and got the "411" on this guy right away.  Thanks.

Legal secretary in Dallas, TX.   Received call today from Sergio Cadet, Jr. Said he was with Recover Church - All Ministries.  Looking for corporate attorney/full-service law firm to handle everything.   Wants corp. work for record label for his church.  Phone #:  954-638-5545.  Tried to look up church via google search -- no luck.   Did reverse # lookup and WHOA --- look at all these complaints!

I'm a lawyer in Los Angeles.  "Serge Cadet" called me yesterday saying he had already spoken with one of my partners in the Fort Lauderdale office of my firm about establishing a client relationship  --  but he did not remember the partner's name.  Said he got my name from directories and contemplated using my Govt contracts expertise for a new venture he was going to create that would sell media products/services to US Govt agencies.  I Googled his name and there is a person with that name who is the CEO of something called Advent Group in Hollis, NY.  That person is also on the Bd of Trustees of Atlantic Union College, an Adventist institution.  "Serge" also told me his new company was going to be called Centerfox.  There is a company of that name -- does web-based reviews, etc.

I just got a call from him, and I called him out using this information, he got caught off guard.

This man calls approximately once a month.  Says he needs help with trademarks, copyrights, incorporation, etc.  Not sure what to make of him.

I have been getting calls from this guy (Serge Cadet) every other day for the last month.  He says he needs assistance on all of the same types of legal issues identified above and then some.  I think he is nuts!  The email he gave me was scadet@yahoo.com.  Different from the one identified by 4th or 5th Attorney.  I am not sure how to deal with this guy.  I guess he should be ignored, but it is so annoying and counterproductive to have to deal with him.

I've been getting calls from this guy for about 4 years.  He calls once or twice a year.  Same story every time.  Others in my firm get the calls as well.  He seems to just go through the websites of a number of firms and makes calls indiscriminately.  I've even changed firms and he has still found me!

Got the call today, April 21st, at my lawfirm in DC about the same thing. Said he needed all those same services (aircraft financing, Real Estate, telecom) that it was going to be big (multiple fortune 500 companies).  Said the Church building would be the size of the Empire State Building (but maybe half as tall).

This guy contacted me on April 7 as well.  He said he needed help along the lines stated in the other posts.  I suspect he is mentally ill.

This guy just contacted me as well.  Anyone have clue what he is trying to pull, or does he just like wasting lawyers' time?

Received call on 3/31/08.  Guy identified himself as Sergio Cadet from email scadet54@yahoo.com.  Said he is creating a new record label and needed assistance with copyright, trademark, entertainment contracts, tax issues, corporate formation, etc.  He identified a few lawyers from my firm and information from my website bio.  Also identified other AmLaw 100 firms and indicated that record label would be bigtime within a few months.

Got the same call on March 25, 2008.  Said he is setting up Chiefman (Chief Man?) Records and needs all kinds of legal help - IP, contract, immigration, etc.  Said he was Sergio Cadet Jr, from Ft. Lauderdale.

Received similar call on 3/16/08.  Ft. Lauderdale on caller ID.  Identified himself as Sergio Cadet Jr.  Stated needs legal help with asset purchase agreements, partnership agreement disputes, personal property disputes, trademarks and copyright disputes.

Got the same call on 3/16/08. Says he is starting a record company and needs legal services, including incorporation of a record company, entertainment contracts with performers, financing arrangements, aircraft financing, etc. etc.
