At 11pm, I noticed I had 2 missed calls from this number less than 2 hours ago - so that means they are calling after 9pm my time. No messages of course, no clue who the calls are from. I never answer unless I know who is calling anyhow.

This is a dateline calling. They call past midnight. You will get two brief calls and it hangs up. File a complaint because these people will not stop calling you. It will go on for months. Report it!
