I got a call from this number 9549760004 very early in the morning, woke me up and almost could not get back to sleep. Whoever these people are, I hope FCC shuts you down! Annoying...

It not soliciting!! my daughter is on a cruise ship and she just called me from this number. Family/friends now have a way to contact you while their on the ship. It's best they call you, if you call them it's $8.00 a minute!!

I just received a a call from my brother from this number, and he's currently on a cruise ship in the middle of the Atlantic.  I guess cruise lines use in state area codes for  there phone lines.  So ya this is not a number soliciting info, it's most likely a friend or family member trYing to contact you from the seas.

don't worry it is just someone from a cruise line calling you. (NOT ADVERTISEMENT). I have a friend who is working on a cruise and he calls me from this 954-976- number. the last numbers always vary from 0001-0004.

Got called in the morning by this and another number how ends with 3 instead of 4.
