calls leaves no message call back no answer

I don't know who or where this phone number comes from, but you cannot find this number in cell or landline phones.

We have been scammed by this company! We were promised that our house would be saved and the sale date would be stopped. Long story short, we paid $1200 and owe the firm $1800 more, but we received a letter that our house was sold today. Now they wont return calls or answer their phones. Have filed with the Ft Lauderdale PD and are prosecuting. I don't know what Lee Friedlands role is in this, but I intend to find out because I have been informed that his office is in the "court" district and he is supposedly a very reputable lawyer. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

I have been talking with a man named Steve for a modification loan he seemed to think his law firm could help us calling from 954-990-1599 .

To all readers..In Jan 09 we started negotiations with oceanview, 4 weeks later came to find thru BBB that they were closing doors and no longer doing business.

WE became suspicious because we didnt hear back from them, they refused our calls for days.Finally Brian McGlynn called us back,told us they re-opened as a new company and it could take up to another 90 days to get any results.

When we asked him to honor hs agreement to refund if we werent completely satisfied he literally snickered and hung up phone.I later that day called the "new"company and inquired about what they could do for me & they again guaranteed full refund, no questions asked...LIE.

I dealt with the following ppl: Brian McGlynn, ext 312. Mr.Escoloma MGR. Ext 306, Matt Snarski Ext 324.And owner ANTHONY PETRUCCI Cell # 603-312-6809.

The "new" company "foreclosure defense center" has a new # 954-990-1599.And you can contact all the people i listed at their original extensions.And Lee Friedland is owner of law company that now took over Oceanview.
Upon speaking with ATTORNEY General in Florida (954-712-4600) WE CAME TO FIND THERE IS AN ONGOING INVESTIGATION Lawsuit #LO8-3-1250.iF YOUVE BEEN SCAMMED CALL THIS # FOR ASSISTANCE
