Called my cell, no msg left.

Called my cell, I answered and no one was there.  I redialed the number back and when it answered there was a sound of touch tone dialing.  I have been getting a number of calls like this from this same area code.

Called my cellphone on a sunday evening. Hung up when I answered. Number is a landline in Harlingen, Texas
