I get calls almost daily and no one ever answers.

Get a google number. Luckily they call my google number so when I know it is a pathetic waste of time call I add it to the "956 spammers" contact and block the call. Okay, so they annoyed me once, now they have to use another number. I'm up to over 40 numbers from the 956 area code. Google (via google voice) may be blocking some of these automatically if many people are blocking these 956 numbers via google voice.

I too have been inundated with calls to my 800# from area code 956.  As we do business in that area code I cannot block it.  "Tammy Downs" is a fake a name as you can get.  I am sending my call logs to the TX Attorney General but legally, how do you stop robo callers?

Since you feel it necessary to call outside of business hours, and not leave a message Mrs Downs, I'm posting this # on all block list forums and do not answer websites I know of, and can find, to do so.
I just received another one, no message, just a hang up.
