I am receiving calls from 956-550-8415 <a concerned citizen> at my business, some very early in the morning others at 11:00pm When I return the call there is no answer.

This is an illegal phone harvesting scheme operating from an apartment in Texas. They constantly change the phone numbers they use for outbound calls because what they are doing is illegal. They call your number to see if its valid or not and then sell those lists for political phone campaigns. Since they are not making political calls, only harvesting numbers, what they are doing is illega.

with a 956 area code here is the phone number to Mike Maxey to get them stopped  1-956-455-2562 and his email address is mikemaxey@yahoo.com.  I spoke with him already about stopping the calls.  I wish everyone the best of luck with the same problem that I am having.

Annoying calls all hours of the day and night.  Whenever you answer there will never be anyone on the line.  Whenever you try to call the number back you never get anyone, because it sounds like an automatic dialer on the line.  If you wait on the line a while the line will disconnect and then you will hear it begin to dial another number.  This continues over and over again.

This company is testing toll free numbers for connectivity so they can sell connect proof lists to politicians and the like.  In other words, a politician can buy a Call Campaign that guarantees 30,000 connects.

We need to put a stop to these shady practices.
