Call came at 2:38 PM 5/10/2008.  Rang twice, picked up phone, and heard a dial tone.  The "thedirectory.org" website identifies the caller's location in Brownsville, Texas.  My broadband phone can call any number free so I called back.  All I heard were random tones ... like someone dialing a number.  But, I know who the number belongs to:

So ... we know who is assigned the phone number that's making the annoying calls.  Anyone have any idea why they're being made?
