This gal picks up the phone n says " main Chahat bol rahi hoon" LOL..
me: apko kisse baath karna hai..??
Chahat: "aap se hi baath karna hai"
Me: " Mujhse"? Aapko mera naam bhi nahi patha..
Chahat: "Aap mujhse dosti karenge? "
Me: Aap kahan se bol rahe ho??
Chahat: Main yehin kahin ki hoon. Dosti karenge?
Me: Sorry.. I already have too many frens..
hung up n was charged Rs.15 a min.. this is insane..! Bloddy *#%&!

I too got a missed call from 9607920259 at 6:15am. When i tried to return the call later it went to some Fax machine i guess.
In my bill.. was charged 15/- for 26 seconds and it showed up as:
Outgoing - ISD
To SAARC
12/Mar/2010 09:34:23 9607920259 00:26 15.00
Total 00:26 15.00
I called up airtel and was told it was a reliance number and they refunded me Rs 15 :)

Hi, I got a call from +9607920259 at 2:19 pm and +40880 at 5:28 am. I tried to respond to the call but it was cut in 1 minute. When I called at this no., I was charged Rs.15/-.
Whose no. is this ? And why are they calling ? Can anyone tell.....

I Agree.... some girl calls from this number. I too got a missed call from this number. I dialled in later and conversation goes like:
me: I got a missed call from this no.
she: "... this is online friends service to make friends... don't u like to make friends..."
me: your voice is breaking.
she: " oh my voice is sexy, thanks..." [[[[[ kaan kharab hai kya... I told ki awaaz clear nahi hai...]]]]
And I had to disconnect as it seems she was 'trying to continue conversation' un-necessarily.... bole to 'chep' (chipku)....
Also perhaps charges for this call were also heavy :-).
