company called and said they were calling about our 941's that were filed last week. What liar's we did not file any last week. That is a scare tactic. I cant believe that people do this. It makes me so mad that I want to call them back but I wont , because I don't need this stress. they said they were with the Pheonix Group. I know why they are calling, I had a tax lien field against my company, they want me to pay about 6,000 to "settle" my $13,000 in tax debt. Well if I had 6K I would not have a tax lien, now would I. I have several company's calling me like this, but never one that outright lied and said they are calling about my 941's that I field last week, what a joke..

Dennis Tatum calls a few times a day regarding a tax matter. Not pushy or rude, but you'd think after 10 calls made to us and no return call he'd get the message.

This Company phoned stating they were IRS; they had a wrong Company and person they asked about to begin with and instead of apologizing they went on to be rude and insulting. When asked to confirm their IRS status he became rude verbally. Please - Please report this company - showed up as Loveland Co. on phone looked number up and based in Colorado. This is not telemarketing this is a company of people being rude on the highest level.

Caller Identifies herself from Nina from the Phoenix Group. Wants to talk about our state and federal taxes but refuses to say anything more and will instantly hang up if you ask too many questions like, "Are you with the government" or "is this a solicitation"
They hang up in your ear, they do not even say goodbye.....it's pure annoying.
Appears to be a disruptive telemarketer.
