I got the Visa text, also.  It's a Portland number but I haven't lived there in years!

I got almost the same text, but mine said I'd won a visa gift card.

Same as Ashley. I haven't applied for a drawing.

I got a text from this number saying I had won a drawing for a free $1,000 Target giftcard, and to go to a website and enter "971" to claim it.  I didn't try going to the website.  I'm sure I never intentionally entered a drawing of this sort.
