This number called my area code 214 number at 8:36pm on Dec 8. I answered on a speaker phone with "Hello this is ------ (my name). The male caller just kept saying Hello Hello and finally disconnected.

It called and hung up when I answered it. I called back several times and got a busy signal. I finally got lucky and it rang. It is an automated system that when you call it, it tries to hang up over and over. For some reason, it wasnt able to hang up so I let it go for about 10 mins just to screw whoever it was.
