Jim - Your questions are too pertinent and probing. Fuzzy people like the ones who claim Gulf Coast Western is legitimate shy away from full disclosure. Good investing and good health to you.

I'm completely satisfied with my investments as they are and I'm more than a bit suspicious of any firm that randomly calls people to solicit. No reputable company does that. Glad I let the machine take this call...

Got a call from these guys this morning (SPAM) and got on Google to check out the number. Saw two or three forum posts that are from someone who's trying to do damage control. Posts read "Wow, was I wrong about these guys, they were calling me back about a job", and "how do I delete a complaint about Gulf Coast Western? They just hired me!" etc etc

Yeah, nice try.

Put down your phone ans step away from the desk, you are too stupid to touch one.

Why is there a Do Not Call List?  For idiots like yourself.  We, the normal people, do not wish to hear from scam artists, peddlars and other morons trolling the phone lines for a dollar.

Thus - the DNC List.   It makes for a nice, large collective 'big-stick' for the masses to go and whack the knees of those law breakers who insist on calling at all hours of the day and night with NO regard to those of us who sleep in the day, wish never to hear from a telemarketer or just want to have some control of the phone.

We know you're a shill for this scam company.  It's obvious to everyone but yourself.   Keep snorting the blow, eventually you'll do yourself in - and then we'll be free of you, permanently.

Thanks for the FAKE post there "sport".

Other than some MD in Texas who's has 'almost' broken even - there haven't been any winners yet in this dog, pony and midget show.

Glad to hear you received your commission check for bilking that elderly widow out of her life savings.  Glad you can sleep at night after having your conscience removed.

Please don't try SO hard to make these shill posts look so much liker shill posts.   You should lay off of the crack before you get on the net to write this tripe.    You look like an uneducated baboon with lots of free time.

Go beat up a hooker, snort some blow.  Do something that comes natural to you....

I got my call today from these baboons, they are getting ready to have a "surprise" visit by some really 'nice' officials from the States of NC and FL - about their investment offers, cold calling habits and these lofty promises of high returns - all of which for the last few years have been caught on tape.    We wanted to get them before the 3 year limit runs out.

Happy hunting!!

Hi.  I agree with your comments. Everyone of these posts is just suspicious with no facts.  It does sound too good to be true, but it could be legit. You mentioned talking to some of the other investors, but how would one obtain a real list of them. Fake names could easily be provided.  Difficult to get a feeling of legitimacy in this venture.  Then there is the article http://getpocket.com/a/read/456621130 which explains several accusations.

Any further guidance appreciated. Please post again with anything you feel would support your backing of this company.

Thanks

All of these clowns get, read buy, lists from a number of places, most notably, Dunn & Bradstreet.

I have discussed the problem of D&B selling my information to scam artists and the like with them and they told me, quote ?we have a constitutional right to your information".  Say what?

I am trying to organize a class action suit to prevent D&B, or any other entity, from selling company information to anyone without the express permission of those whose information they would disseminate. At the very least they should pay me for the right to give out my information to those who would try to steal my money with all types of scams.

My mom went on Match.com and he found her! She called me and gave me the web page to look at and the I googled the number off the web page and found this. The same person and the same picture with a different name. He said that he lived in Dallas. I told her to drop him and do not go back to the page or take more phone calls from him! He has the web page as www.finestmining.com

I'd be worried if I had an attorney who could not spell the word "libel."

"Liable Attorney."  That made my day, I am liable to be laughing a long time over this.

A more likely source for that post is an illiterate telemarketer or employee of a scam operation, perhaps even an executive/gangster.

You "marvel at these blogs"  (blogs? what are you, 97 years old or just amazingly technically as well as grammatically illiterate?  I suspect the latter) and "wonder why more companies don't sue guys like" who?

Well, lawyers who make money from suing people usually go after people WITH lots of money.  Also, they have to be able to prove that the things said about them are libelous.  Good luck with that.

Thanks Mr. "Liable Attorney"

They called this morning, and asked for my boss by name.  My boss never invest with anyone based on a cold call. I told them to remove us from their list, and to tell whomever he bought the list from that we were not a good lead. Wow, after reading the other post that's not even the half of it apparently!

Just got a call from this joker. Knew it was a scam as soon as he started talking... You'd think he'd of given up at some point over the past 5 years.

Why can't we have this guy shut down??? Yikes.
