Somebody with time and resources please address this. These scumbags need to be removed from society and placed in prison where they will get what they truly deserve. It takes everyone's help to stop them. If you are not going to help stop them then do not complain.

I receive anywhere from 3-5 calls a day on my cell from this number.  No caller ID info available just the number.  They never leave a message and always seem to call when I'm not around my phone to answer or I'm working and on another phone!

I too have been called and called by them. I called my state AG's office and learned that the "do not call" list does NOT apply to business to business calls.

Female called and asked for me by name, asked if I was the owner of a particular business, then put male on the line to verify address, then said they would be out to show me their checks and services.  Since I have just applied for a refinance, I thought it had something to do with that.  Add to it I had just got out of bed and had no coffee yet, I answered their questions.  When they asked if I was still at my old address, I said yes.  I have no idea who these guys are or what the deal is with them.  Probably some sort of scam.

Asked for owner by name.  She asked something about if our company takes credit cards or do we only accept cash & checks.  I told her cash & checks.  She went into her speach about how her agent was going to be in my area and they wanted to stop by to sell us some sort of credit card accepting system.  I hung up.

These j***-off?s called me, again!  I received their annoying, never-ending phone call at 2:59 PM, C.S.T., today, on 8/21/07, however, it wasn?t until later that I had time to post the complaint. Phone number 972-325-0402, with a display of Payment Systems

The gal answered, asking for me, and I cut her off like a knife. ?Look stupid, you idiots continue to keep calling here, and we don?t want a damn thing to do with you. Drop us off your junk call list!? She said she was most offended. I said good, hopefully you?ll find my hanging up on you even more offensive! And then I hung up. Eventually stupid people like these dummies will get the idea.

Got a call from them and once they verified my name, company and address, they said they had important information about changes in the credit card processing fees from Mastercard. We had clients in, so I was a bit distracted when they said that they would send a salesman by, this one was named Craig something, to give me whatever paperwork with the changes. I asked what company this was, and was told Prodigy Information. I told them that they do not handle our credit card processing. He said it didn't matter, they can still drop by with the information. I asked for a phone # to reach the salesperson, and was told that they don't carry phones. I figured I could always call back on the phone number on the caller id.

After hanging up with them, I called my credit card processing company to see if there was any truth in what they were saying regarding changes in Mastercard processing fees, and was told that they would have notified us in either the Spring or Fall on our statement of any changes.
She also warned me of letting anyone touch our terminal as they could reprogram it.

I googled the phone number and came to this website and found information on the company allegedly behind all this:

They call at least 3 times a week and ask for a person who has been deceased for some time.  They were informed of this but continue to call.  Wish someone could get them to stop.

I suspected a DSL breech in security. So I set up an isolated computer, connected to the internet with a trace router configuration. In less than 1 minute my phone rang. It only rang twice. I suspect to verify the connection through the phone/DSL line. Call ID as "Payment Systems." 972 325-0402. I suspect the phone line is being used to isolate and identify the computer. Hence, DSL bandwith provides multiple hiways to intrude into people's lives. BE WARY PEOPLE. It's more than Big Brother watching you.

I have had 3 or 4 calls from these jerks, and I have told them I am on the "Do Not Call" list and to remove my mobile phone number from their records.  I have told them to not call me again, and I have also filed a complaint against them at www.donotcall.gov.  Yet they continue to call! I see a lot of other people are having the same problems.  We need to band together and file a class-action lawsuit against Encore Payment Systems. It's a shame murder really isn't legal -- at least in this case. Received a phone call from Payment Systems - [972-325-0402] - but this time I didn't answer. These stupid idiots call here at least once a week, to the point where it?s harassment. Because I recognized the number, I didn?t even bother. The call came in at 2:32 PM on 8/10/07, but sorry, I didn?t get to posting it until tonight. These idiots are not a priority in my life. But I certainly like to make it a priority eliminating them off the face of this earth!

They called 08/09/2007 around 2pm and said they wanted to set up an appointment to show me all the things they could do for my business. Told them there was nothing that needed to be done and I wasn't interested. They still said they were sending someone out to have a chat with me, and I told them the answer was still NO, and it's a waste of my time and theirs. I did ask them who they were and what they were selling, but they would not give an answer. Well, will see if the guy shows up, and I'm going to get a business card from him to find out just who these idiots are.....

These folks call my cell from time to time - used the number as my business phone. I just store the number and set the special ring tone to "none."  Since they don't leave messages and hang up after 3 rings, it's no skin off of my nose.  BUT - the folks there are the bottom of the barrel - desperate for a job.  They are trained to act aggressive to weed out all but the weakest of prospects.  People who are easy to push around are easy targets.  It's a nuisance call - nothing worth ruining my day ;-)

They just called for about the 6th time over a period of 6 weeks. This was the first time I  answered since I didn't know the company. Caller ID shows "Payment Systems". Lisa asked to speak to my husband then asked if I was Mrs. _______. I wouldn't say and she wouldn't tell me what the the call was in reference to. When I called the number back it rang about 5 times then just went silent. On the call there was tons of background noise.

Called me at (;40AM and switched me to a sales person after they verified I was the Business Owner.  The Sales person said they will have someone from "Merchant Accounts" stop by tomorrow at 1:30 and explain the new rates.  I told hhim I would not be here and take me off their call list.  I called back at 972-325-0402 and got a full mailbox (What a suprize).  Thanks to Linda, I Called 214-442-1700 and spoke to an Operator named "Tracy".  She asked what number to remove and I gave her the number.  She had my name right and said she would remove it from the call list.  I guess time will tell.

Agree with everyone, they called my business phone 3 times today. Asking very personal information. They would not explain who they were or why they were calling.
