This number called my my hr lady at my job. The message they left was they were with the asset investigation department and had papers to serve me,they left a case number. I called them back yesterday and the lady answered "law center" so I asked what firm it was and she said this is just a call center,what's your case number and I will direct you. So I gave it to her and a guy answered, " this is Ronald Green" I said you guys called my work,what's this about. He said I owe $1,784.00 and would I be able to pay. I said to whom? He said Titan group llc. I told him I have never heard of the company,the guy then became very rude and said we sent this notice out to you a few months ago and read me off an address I haven't lived in in 3 years. So I said then resend it to my P.O. box. I'm not paying anything till I get a letter of validation. The guy then says,so you're refusing to pay? Good luck in court,and hung up. I know my rights,these clowns screwed with the wrong person.

This call was followed by Frank Maggio leaving a very threatening message about calling him back otherwise I leave him with no options ... as the option of maybe coming after me ... it was quite threatening and I know this is illegal. Needles to say, they are dealing with the wrong person. I have NO debt and NO issues, and I know intimidations when I see it, so please be aware of these people and don't fall for it!!!
DO NOT give out any personal information!!

Got a message saying I need to call some investigation department leaving a reference number regarding a federal reserve issue. If I don't call in 24 hours I leave bozo with no other options. Total scam!

This guy calls my work saying he has legal papers gives a phone number and case # then he calls my 90 year old father says he is from the D A office and asks if he can mail a legal paper to him for me that there is a open case against me. I called him back calling him everything I could think off and how dare he call my parents and my work for something I do not owe. Is this legal Im Pissed

My family in Seattle has been receiving threatening calls from this scumbag piece of feces. I am also reporting him to the FBI, FCC, and FTC. I owe nobody that I know of, haven't worked a day in six years and am dying of heart failure at 45 years of age. I assume Mr. Fancy Pants is trying to get a old debt collected before the statute of limitations runs out at seven years. Good luck, you can't get blood from a rock. I will be sure to invite him to my funeral. :P

a mister maggio left me a rude and thug like message for me to call. when i did it is a collection office for a man i do not even know. i left message to report him to his supervisor and will continue to call till i reach mr. wienstein the supposed supervisor. i have also reported him to my attorney generals office of the state i live in and suggest everyone being wrongfully harrased by this man to do the same.

I received a phone call from "Frank" as well @ 6:16pm this evening demanding that I call him back by the end of the day or I'm going to leave him with... "no other option!"  No other option for what?!  He used my nickname, did not say what his call was in reference to, and spoke so quickly that I had to listen to the voicemail message 3 times in order to write down his #.  Guess what Mr. Maggio... you can add one more complaint to the FTC for your threats!

Called threatening me. Not sure where they got my cell phone number. The 214-390-3525 number it came from is for a company called resubean. They are getting an email too.

I just received a call from the same people also.  They leave messages at home with a "case number" and tell me I have 24hrs or I leave them with no other options.  This is the 2nd or 3rd call from them.  I'm definitely going to contact the FTC.

Received a call from them at my place of employment. I wasn't working when they called. They told my coworker that they were a processing server and was going to serve me. My concerned coworker immediately called me. I called the number back and they said they were a law firm and wanted me to verify my social security number. I told them I wasn't giving out that piece of information. They got very crappy with me said I owed a debt across state lines and I had better verify my info. I told them to mail me info on the debt.  They refused said that I had to handle it over the phone.  They said I would have to deal with the embarrassment of being served. I said go right ahead. Until I get a legal document I wasn't providing them with any personal info. I told them my next phone would be to the FTC. And they hung up on me.

I received the same call about how I was leaving him with no other option. I called back and left Frank a message saying he needed to call me back and leave me a message letting me know what this was regarding and I would call him back.

I can't think of anybody that I owe money to. And I know that I haven't taken any payday loans.

I just got a call also. When I called them back it was a receptionist at law firm. They transferred me to a guy named Ron. I refused to provide my social but they already had it. Then he tried to tell me that I needed to pay off a payday loan even though I had proof that it was paid off several years ago. Finally he got so mad he just hung up on me.

Who the hell is this? This guy didn't even leave his name or mention my name. Just said I had to call about my case or he will have no other options...

I continue to get these calls from "Frank Maggio"  with the same message Ian posted.  At first I thought it was the wrong number, but now I am seeing it something else.

Frank Maggio called and left a message saying that I needed to call him back immediately regarding my case or else it may leave him with no other options. What?!?!?!?!
