This company has been contacting us to provide us with collection services.  They are extremely rude and have no problem with wasting your time.  As a company owner I appreciate their stern approve to collect debts, but I would use a company that has better customer service at least with their potential clients.  Maybe they should have separate sells people and collection people.

If you gotten a call from 972-428-0215/ This is what we call in the Collection Industry as a DTO line. This means Detective Talk Off. They will call you threaten to subpoenaed you to court, and that you have 72 hours to call them back. So what do you do?? Don't worry about calling them back, these guys cant do anything, just talk! I know of these guys and knew someone who worked there. They are bunch of drunks and crack heads! I wouldnt pay them a dime or give them business! They DONT PAY THEIR CLIENTS!!

They are now trying to open another company Newman, Thomas & Associates!  Mike Thomas aka Jim Thomas is really James Livers a known and convicted felon, did 11 years in prison for robbing elderly people, they are located in Addison TX, they are not licensed or bonded in any state!  He opened the criminal organization a few months ago, his office number is 469-206-4108 fax number is 972-692-8782 and his personal cell number is 972-832-7978!  He wont be in the collections industry much longer, he has the FBI all over him right now and we will continue to build a case till we put him back where he belongs BEHIND BARS!

Same deal, just got call to go to the neighbors house and leave a note as they couldn't get a hold of them. Sounded fishy, called the number back and got a recording of RCI.  Looked on the web and saw the exact number as some sort of collection agency.  Very B.S. message left on myphone in regard to getting a hold of the neighbor.

They have violated FDCPA law by calling before 8AM local time:

Unless you consent or a court order permits, debt collectors may not call to collect a debt:

(1). at any time or place which is unusual or known to be inconvenient to you. 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. is presumed to be convenient;

Received a call by this number today at 7:32 AM, It was for my mother, I went down stairs and as she was leaving she told me to tell them that she was gone. So I did, As she was late. The guy on the phone continued to abruptly yell and called me a lair and was insinuating that I was she was still there. He demanded to talk with her, He kept going on and on and on, Failed to identify himself when he was asked who was calling.   Ohh well Another blocked number. Some of the worst service you can find.

DIRTY LOW COLLECTION AGENCY TRICK -A man named Adam from RCI called my home phone and said  he was trying to reach my neighbors across the street.  He could not reach them due to phone troubles and asked if I would leave a note on their door to call him.  RCI is a collection agency, their number is (972)478-7858! This is the lowest form of tactics! May Santa leave reindeer droppings in his stocking!

The moron is calling from 972-4787858 and tells you that you need to call an 800 number with a case# that he gives you. The caller is rude and constantly harrasses you. They don't identify the company name.

John Roberts has called my home numerous times after being told that he has the wrong number.  The first time he called he asked for my EX husband and I told him that he had the wrong number, THen he asked for his cell?  I said "You have the wrong number"  then he said "Is this Joan"  I hung up on him and he called back immediately leaving a message on my machine claiming that I had phone trouble and was disconnected.  The very next day was SATURDAY and he called at 7:06 AM.  I let the answering machine pick it up.  
He called Three days in a row asking for ME or my EX.  He said that he has called three dyas in a row and needs one of us to call him back.  During the next few weeks he has called leaving messages and I know for a fact that my ex gave him his attorney's name & phone number.  Yesterday, they called again and this time it was ADAM.  I returned the call and spoke with a lady and told her that the number they have is wrong.  She said that she will transfer me to ADAM and I can tell him how long I have had the number and my name.  I said "WHY"  I told John Roberts it was wrong.  "I don't have to do this."
Then I said, "ya know what?  I am just going to call the Atty General's office" and hung up.  
Lo & Behold, i come home and there is another message.  
Called the Attorney General's office to find out that there are multiple complaints and they are investigating.  I received a case number and I will receive a call in 5-7 days.  
RCI - call me again tomorrow... $1000 for every law you break.   $2000 right now,
I even have the proof that you called.
I called my attorney.  He loves theses cases.  Easy money.  I told him to go after them and keep the $$$.
