recorded message telling me I can get a deal on energy-saving windows through my energy utility and my state . Offered to put me on their do-not-call list if I press 8, or I can get more information on how I can get that fantastic deal if I press 1.  I did nothing, and the spiel repeated from the beginning. I pressed 1 and was transfered to a second recorded message telling me to leave my daytime phone number after the tone. I hung up. I am already on the federal do-not-call list and my state's list.
