Yes I keep getting similar calls from the same number.

I keep getting calls from this number and no one is there. Does anyone have any idea why?

It's a debt collector... NCO

they call me and do the same thing.

Got a call from this number. Dead silence, but caller did not hang up for several seconds (creepy). I dialed *69 to find the phone number.

Got two calls so far today - when I answer it is just dead silence - then after a short while the call ends. No recording, no voice, just annoying.

This is from NCO Financial based in Horsham, Pa. They are a large company and call from many cities in the USA and Montreal, Canada. Do not answer these calls. They will never go away and should be investigaed

I have set up a payment plan with them, one day after the check clears they start calling, although they know in 2 weeks they will get another check from me.  They say its an automated dialer that calls me and they apologize but the calls do not stop.  I just wish it would be done, I give them 2 times the amount of a normal payment, but for some reason they cannot stop calling, day and night from different numbers.

I received two calls this morning on my cell. No voicemail left. What's up with all of this?

If you wait 120 days, you can get a settlement.  If you're already behind and can't make the next 4 or 5 payments consecutively, it may be more cost effective to settle.  It will be a minor scar on your credit instead of an ongoing record of your delinquency.

they call a lot and when i finally answered, you can't understand them so I hung up.    If it's for Capitol One, I am behind but making payments to Capitol One directly.
I hate dealing with all these foreign companies it's annoying.

They've called me several times but no messages? That's strange....

Caller indicated they were from NCO Financial, calling on behalf of Capital One.  They are a collection agency.

This number called me twice today, within 30 mins of each call! No message, and when I've tried to call it back, the operator says this is not a working number!!!

Company calls all the time from different phone numbers in different states.  Sneaky little b*****ds

This number calls me a few times a day it never rings though always a missed call no voicemail.  I couldn't answer it if I wanted to

Well I called back from My Skype account, and aske who they were.
He said that they were "So and So" on behalf of CapitalOne. sorry I don't recall the name of the actuall company.

Calls about 5 to 6 times a day and doesn't even leave a message.

This number just called my cell today.  When I answered, a recording said, "please hold for an important message."  Then a few seconds later, a live person comes on talking in some foreign accent.  I didn't even catch the name they asked for because I couldn't understand them.  I swear the same person called me from a different number a couple of days ago, the voice sounded the same.  It's really annoying

Called 4 times today!!! To my work number. No messages left. Went to google the number and found all of these comments. What's all this about? And how did they get everybody's numbers????

This number called 4 times starting at 8:12am and stoped just before noon, on Oct.8th. No message left.

Got same thing.  Call my work multiple times per day and immediately hang up.  Call my cell phone and immediately hang up.  WHO IS THIS LOSER?
