I've received calls from this number every day the past week.  No one is there when I pick up.

Been getting calls from this number but have missed every single one.  They never leave a voice message.  I did just buy a Toyota so this must be what it is regarding based on other posts.

I got a call from this number, but I couldn't get to the phone on time, and they didn't leave a message.  I did have my car serviced this week...a HYUNDAI.  And I already filled out an online customer satisfaction survey.  If this call is what that was, LEAVE ME ALONE!

This number keep calling me then I call it back it was a recording voicemail.

have gotten a few calls fm reading other posts....
i recently purchased a vrom this CFM...if i do not know your number i simply do not answer it...
makes sense though, i got the auto in PA and live in Ohio
had it serviced a couple days later
still, if i dont know your number, i dont answer

The number has called my work phone # 2 times today. 2nd time I was able to answer and it is an automated call to which you cannot respond other than calling the number quickly given at the end of the message. I called my dealership and requested they get it noted that under no circumstance was my work number to be called. I also asked them to register my complaint that if they want me to answer a call from them, have something placed on the caller ID to distinctly identify the business for which they are calling. We'll see what happens.

Yeah, it all makes sense......just had my FORD serviced yesterday, today I get the phone call from this number based out of Texas-apparently some servicing company for Ford gathering satisfaction surveys.

got unsolicited call from them - didn't recognize # so didn't answer.  Hate that I cannot use my phone freely like I would like to do!  :-( grrr

This is a company that does surveys for dealerships after you've had a repair done there.

They called my cell phone, which is on the National Do Not Call registry.  They have been reported for this infraction.

Called on my cell phone, but I didn't answer, and they left no message. I looked the number up here, and in the minute that it took to do that, my landline rang. Caller ID said CFM and I answered. It was a follow-up from my Hyundai dealership here in the Dallas area to check on my satisfaction with a visit to the dealership last week. Very friendly person.

Just got a call from this number but it went to answering machine, no message, no i.d. on who it was. If it is for a consumer satisfaction survey wish they would just leave a message of what it is about. We have had no car in for servicing but did buy a car from Honda back in January of this year, it could be for that. We have been inundated with paper surveys in the mail lately on that vehicle and the surveys are not short and they are very detailed, getting harder and harder to want to do surveys when they keep bugging you.

When you complain to a car company or dealership for poor service or unresolved issues with your vehicle they give your number out to thugs like these folks for fun. Be careful how you go about dealing with shops and dealers. I turned in a Lemon/Cadillac.

I'm getting calls from them....I just blocked them when I read posts here.  IDIOTS.  If I want something they do not have to pick me up in canvass calling....I will call them.

972) 819-1591 called and hung up before I could reach the phone.  This happened after I went to a dealership to have some work done.  They are a Tele Communications Firm in Irving Texas, who, When I called the number back, had a recording stating that they were attemping to get some feedback regarding my experience at the dealership.  They also said that they were not attemping to sell and that they were sorry they could not reach me, and wished me a nice day.



At least I could track who they were.

Finally, today the Automated system answered and said it was a follow up for my Car Service.....

They called Twice and both times hung up on me......

I called the # back, because this number has called me several times.  You just get a recording and then it hangs up on you.  My best thought is to block the #.  I freaking HATE companies that do crap like this!!!

Called the number back. They call themselves CFM, and the message says they're calling about a recent purchase. But nothing else. No one 'live' to speak to so i can get removed. What's the point of being on the DoNotCall registry if these idiots still call?

I did not receive this call off my regular usage, they called my home phone seeing if I would uppick. It was a woman on the other end of the phone "hello" I said..May I ask who this is"...they continue being silent on the other end of the dial. "I want to speak to the  maker of the house, this is CFM, I'd like to sell you a new engine, is your car running okay, how about a motorcyce? Its going to be the price of your smart pathHow?" Can you buy it off me,  I am being professional,  landline muaha I found youI interrupted your session 3 times to make you talk about your problems, it gets me through my day" eat jam. Have a balanced day just so I could show you that you are a bad liver probably U2.

Getting calls daily, had warranty work done on my chevrolet with Classic Chevrolet in Granbury Tx. great service, wonderful employees, excelent work, but no answer on phone when picked up....would like to tell them how satisfied I am with Classic Chev.

I have never owned a Ford product.  I am on the "do not call list".  A lot of good that does.

Wasting my time and minutes by calling repeatedly for a customer service survey doesn't win any points for the dealership I used. Stop the harassment, please!

Chevy dealership in Dallas following up after a service visit.  I assume they outsource this service since it looks like multiple car manufacturers are calling from the same number.  I did not bother to listen to the entire message.
