Yeah Bubba, got the same thing you did.  Pressed 0 to speak to an operator and eventually got disconnected.  
I'm writing PPL.  If they can't help, I've printed out the list that contains every one of their outsourcing providers and am writing them a letter giving them 10 days to remove me from their calling lists.
My landline is also a business line that I have to keep open.
The DNC Registry is a huge joke to these people and I'm sick of their rudeness and lies when I request to be removed from their calling list.

No one answered when I picked up the phone

I answered hello w/ no response, I said on the do not call list & will be turning in your number to the Federal Trade Commission...of which I do! And suggest everyone getting junk calls to get it in legal hands ie. government or federal.

Received call from this # as well. No voice no message, immediate hang up! It's just a waste of my time.

Went that path several years ago and was not even worth the trouble of switching due to the small amount of pennies saved. I mean pennies, not dollars. Do Not Call List is a big joke. I think they sell your number to these jerks.

Caller ID came up Bill Assist...It is the same Lower Your Interest Rate Telemarketing Scam. Just a NEW SPOOFED #!!!!! Report them and Block them!!!!!
