I wish these people would fall off the earth. Can't we have an honest and up front way in the world. What does the mystery caller that uses several numbers and never leaves a message want?

Clearly a problem caller.  When the phone was answered, silence.  
If they are not going to talk--what's the point.

This number called us throughout the night....3 am, 4:15 am, and so on.  It is really getting bothersome.  It is total silence when we answer.  We have contacted the phone company and they are considering the calls from this number as "unlawful".

Called my cell phone left no message.  What's the deal?

i am getting this too.  it just started in the last week or so.  does anybody know what or who this is or if it is some kind of scam?

got 2 miss calls from this # !!! anybody knows where is it from?

I got a missed call fro this number and wondering what it was did a quick search finding this blog. Strange thing Is I have the Israeli connection - I am Israeli originally. But I have been away for 3 years and my current phone is an Icelandic number, ive obviously never been on birthright as I was raised in Israel. Weird S***.

I got a call from this number today!!  I was happy to though.  I originally got a call from it months ago and they said they were www.localpull.com.  I agreed to try it for one month to get more traffic to my website.  There is no phone number listed on their website.  I cancelled the service, yet still received a charge, after emailing more than once a week to cancel.  I would get Thank you for your inquiry. All responses will be handled in the order
received and you will be contacted in no later than three business
days.

If we have received this email before the billing cycle has taken
place, no billing will take place until you are contacted.

as a reply to my email, but no one would call.  I called the 800 # that came through with the bank charge that is 800780-5265 and left MANY angry messages with no call back.  Apparently my money is being refunded and I am closing the bank account!!

I just got this too. I didn't order any book or anything.
Rings, no one there.

I did a search for the number on the internet and got the information that it was a number out of Verizon in NJ.  I called customer service at VErizon NJ.  They said it did not show up in their database as a functioning number.  The mystery continues.  But I still believe it is a computer-based auto-dialer gone bad.

Daily, the phone rings and then when I answer it hangs-up on me.  I called and of course, the number is not in service.  Is there no way to find the auto-dialer that is out of control?

CALLS AND HANGS UP.  REALLY ANNOYING AND INTERFERES WITH OUR ABILITY TO DO BUSINESS.  NOT SURE WHY I'M REPORTING THIS BECAUSE IT DOESN'T SEEM TO HELP BUT IT'S BETTER THAN DOING NOTHING

i recieve at least one call a day from this number at my place of business,i have yet to catch it on the first ring.
when i do answer there is no one there and after about 30 seconds it disconnects.
i just called the 1-800 # on page 1 of this site and got nowhere after being on hold for 24minutes the rep said they were un affiliated

I received a call from this number at my office, called it back and received the "call cannot be completed as dialed" message.  We have never been to Isreal, nor have we ordered any books recently.

Funny thing is, 10 minutes later I received a call from the same area code (973-447-0591).  I called this number back and received a recording saying it was from Total Concepts on behalf of AT&T.

some one is calling from 973-438-2000 all day and nighy now! 3:00am 4:00am. When I answer no one is there. when I call back I get the this call can not be completed as dialed.

I don't remember when it started but I get a phone call every morning between 9 and 11a.m. They just call and wait untill someone answer the phone and then they hang up without saying anything.  I tryied calling back but I get a message saying the phone number I dialed is incorrect or no longer in service.

I have rec'd a couple calls from this number. When I answered noone was there. The first call I got from this number, I actually HEARD the party on the other end, hang the phone up. The second time they called, I heard nothing but silence. I tried to call it back, it said the number had been changed, or disconnected.

I got my first (and hopefully last) call from this number at 3:24 pm, on December 17, 2007. If they call again, I will hit the # key repeatedly. Supposedly this fools the computer.

rec'd call on Dec 12, 2007.  When answer...no response.  Got call from same number yesterday....no response when answer.

I got a call from this number for may boss, he said his name was Jason with Arcadian Funding(?).....He didn't get to speak to my boss! About 5 Min before this call, I had one with no info on the caller ID and no one on the line when answered. I think they were related.

Got two calls for this number within about 10 minutes. By the time I tried to switch over on my cellphone they were gone. I tried to call back but it said my call could not be completed as dialed.

This number shows up on my caller ID and the same thing like everybody else, I call it back and it states the number is no longer in service??

me too.... i regret it now, but i also ordered Kevin Trudeau's book and ever since i daily get the same number calling me too!!      In addition this suprised me, but a friend of mine ordered something recently from some Metaphysical organization (Learning the Secrets to Life) some garbage, and he also RECIEVED a letter from Kevin Trudeau!!!   whats up with that?

I received two calls this evening from this number.  yes i too order a book off the TV from Kevin Trudeau.  I have received so many of these types of calls  during the last 30 days from so many different numbers all because of ordering a book from Kevin Trudeau.  These calls are driving me crazy.   I receive about 5 a day. I've never before received relentless calls like this! In fact prior to purchasing this book, I hardly ever received telemarketing calls, period. So, I absolutely know it comes from purchasing this book.  

I called back to the Trudeau number that I originally called to purchase the book and asked to be taken off their list.  The gave me another customer service number 1-800-240-3417.  After talking to customer service, the agent said I was put on the do not call list.  I also signed up on the National Do Not Call list.  Read thoroughly on the National Do Not Call List FAQ.  Because you ordered the book you have done business with Trudeau, so you must personally request to be taken off "their" call list or I think they can continue to call you for 18 months or so even though you are on the National List.  

This is all so crazy, can some Help me?

This all started after I ordered a book off TV from Kevin Trudeau.  I'm on the national do not call list, and they still call.  Now they're making unauthorized charges to my credit card.  They're relentless.

im  in israel now. got a call today..  same as all of you.. no answer.

This numbr has called several nights this week at the same time in the evening and never answer on the other side.

Has been calling my business nearly daily for months - numeroous FCC complaints filed over that period of time with apparently no action on their part.
