I do not owe anyone. If they cannot find the right phone number to call to locate someone that might be related, I am being harassed and I am tired of it. These people have to stop and get correct info before constantly calling for info on someone who does not live here.

I received two calls from this number, one right after the other. The first time, no message was left. The second time, a message was left, via a human voice. The message said This is (name very muddily said) at ARM. Please return my call at 8669326719. I will be in the office until ??? (again very muddily said). It is imperative that you return my call today regarding this message. The voice tone was threatening and demanding. The best available research indicates that ARM is Accounts Receivalbe Management (collection agency). If they would have said what the nature of the business was, and not just "regarding this message", I might return the call, but, until they do, I will not return the call.
