So tired of getting calls from all over the US, all of them sound like scams!  My husband said he bets they're getting our number from the government's no call list.

Getting the calls but no one says anything and hang up.I have in the past been getting calls from the PBA and a certain amount is demanded . When you ask them to send you some material regarding their charity they say okay but continue to call. I blocked those numbers and now start receiving calls from this number. It seems as if they want you to commit to a certain donation and hand over you credit/debit card to them for immediate charge. SCAM

Called yesterday--first time--left no message.

It's "Community Support" a Charity Telemarketing Group, you can call their number at (973) 429-4100 and ask to be removed.

I have received 38 calls from this phone in just this month!, fortunately I have not been home to answer most of the them (35), but they do not leave any message.... I'll try blocking that number...

Started getting calls from this number claiming to be charity from NJ firefighters associations or something of that sort...calls started after I switched to Vonage..may be Vonage sells your number...who knows...

Today was the first time from this particular number. The caller ID said New Jersey. I answered because I was expecting a call from NJ,  but they hung up.

Definitely follow the above advice and call 973-429-4100 to be removed from their list.
This company has all indications that is is a fraud.
Unbelievable that they are still in business.

The government alledges that this company keeps 85-90% of the money they collect for charities, even for Breast Cancer.  They have injunctions against them in 34 states and they've been kicked out of the Better Business Bureau, so it's not surprising that they won't remove anyone

called three times to be taken off the list...... stops for a while then
the calls start up again

I've asked to removed every time they call me...but they're still calling!

They called 5 times this weekend, just autodialer hangups.  Why can't phone companies protect us from this harrassment?

This people keep calling claiming to be different charities.  I have asked them not to call again, but they call every few days.  I think it's a scam.  I have even filed a complaint with the State Police.  My phone company wants to charge me $12 a month to block the calls.
