This is a scam. I don't know this business.
Scarey that they did use my correct name in the voice mail, though.

Got a voicemail from Sally stating an invoice was past due and that they left a message before, but they never did. I've never heard of this company. Suggest I call back with an invoice number to discuss.

no! this was some fast talking guy calling my job asking for a fax number for someting or other. i told him no fax# available, so he says he needs to speak with someone about a billing invoice# yadayadayada. SCAM!!!!

978-731-2500 is a legitimate fire alarm company. They also have alarm monitoring. It is standard procedure for them to call after hours if an alarm is going off and you are listed as an after hours contact. In order to call back you would need to provide your passcode or acct number for verification purposes. This is also an alarm monitoring industry standard, nothing unusal.
