received calls from 978-863-4001...always no msg. If it is a collection agency, someone else gave them a wrong number (chuckle) because it is just a disposable phone I bought while waiting for my new contract...

They only let the phone ring 3 times and then hang up. My answering Machine does not even have a chance to kick on.. Not sure who they want . maybe my Ex,and I would be more than welcome to help them..HA

They call a few times a week and never leave a message. I do not have anything negitive on my credit reports, so I have no idea why this company is calling if it's for collections. Maybe it's something over 10-15 years old that was disputed and removed from my reports. If that's the case then they are looking for something they are never going to get! They should probably focus on legitimate bad debt.<- not me.

No they are David Taylor and Associates. ( 1-978-863-4001 ) If you get a call from them, just some personal advice consider checking your credit report because this so called lawyer does quite a bit of shady activity and likes to place things on people's credit reports weather relevant or not. Try Googling "David Taylor & Associates" and you'll find out all about them. They've already been sued a few times. Don't be afraid to call your state Attorney General about them if they violate anything in the new credit laws. When you call them back they just say "Hi, how may way help you?"

I get calls from them to, and they do leave a message with a call back number and reference number (sounds like a credit collector), yet the call is for some name I cannot even pronounce and obviously doesn't live at my household. They gave me this call back number: 800-323-9083, which I tried calling and stayed on hold for about 5 minutes and then gave up. It's a number for Scottstrade, which is a stock broker. So, now I'm really confused as to why they are calling sounding like a creditor for someone who doesn't live here.
