wants personal info says its for free health care from our government

have a victim claiming for over a year she has been receiving sexual harrassing phone calls where caller uses her last name (which is a French name but is spelled like a certain "sexual" word).  She has received these calls off and on for a year or so.  This time the caller ID had this number show up.  Googled it and came across the name llmsvcs, which led me hear.  Anyone else having this problem?  Her calls seem to be sexual/violent in nature, not a "scam" type.

Answered and no one there.  Hit redial and no one answers.

got this call yesterday

The caller is in Turkey. They tried to purchase items from web site and wanted shipped to OH. The credit card service traced the activity to Turkey.

I think it's a skype number. My sister just got a call from a skype friend and this number showed up.

Caller from this number stated they were with the Brazos County Coordinator.  Caller asked a question, we gave an answer and they immediately hung up.

I answered the Texas AgriLife Extension Service telephone and when I did the person hung up.

Got a victim who received several voice mails late last night.  The caller starts talking calmly then gets very sexual in nature, even using her last name which happens to be a European name, but spelling is a sexual term in English.  So this person has her last name.  The caller ID has never showed any information in the past, but this time the phone number showed up.  I should also say she has gotten phone calls from the same voice in the same way almost a year ago for several days, then stopped for many months only to start back up this week.
