They could have misdialed. They have alot of young people working there part time. My niece's friend worked there for a short period of time

It is a call center for towing assistane and glass replacement. Quest software is its name. This branch is located in st johns mi.

This number called me at 7:30am on a Wednesday.  They didn't leave a voicemail, and I have not had any work done to my cars recently, so all the above comments regarding that don't apply to me.

They call if you have Roadside Assistance on your car insurance and you used it. My car wouldn't start, so I called my ins. company and they sent someone out. Later, while I was at work, they called and left a message. They haven't called since. The caller ID on my phone said QUEST Software

Only called here once. No message. We did just have a lot of stuff to do with the car recently and were told the road side assist people might call to survey us.
But since they didn't leave a message and it showed up as Quest Software, they never got a call back from us.

I think it's a fraud company calling.

Did not leave message.  Called back about an hour later , again no message.

Just got a call from this number to my unlisted cell.  No voicemail left, so I googled it and ended up here.  Then approx 90 seconds later, another call from them.  Again, no voicemail.  

I haven't had any towing or windshield replacements in many many months, so i doubt that's the case with me.  And if it were legit, they should have left a message, DEFINTELY by the second call.

I'm in the habit of screening because you never know who/what is calling you and why.  About the time I answer is when I'll have to be rude to a salesperosn who snuck through my unlisted status and chose to hound me anyway, and I hate that.

I got a call from this number which was from my auto insurance or affiliate with a survey about my recent glass repair. It is a legit number, and I did just get my windshield repaired.

Didn't answer but they left a voice mail stating that they were from my local auto glass replacement center and wanted to know if I was satisfied with my recent windshield replacement (which I did have replaced, so my call at least was legit :)

called 3 times in a row on my cell phone- I'm in AZ

THIS IS FROM A ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COMPANY. THEY KEEP UPDATES OF LOCAL AUTO REPAIR SHOPS WHO OFFER TOWING FOR THOSE THAT NEED ASSISTANCE.

3 calls at 4:30 am this morning, now that is annoying!!!!!! To my unlisted cell phone too!

called twice in 2 minutes...voicemail said 'this message is for ____' and then giggled and said soemthing else i didn't undersatnd. it's a quarter to 11 p.m. ...irritated!

This is from the call center of a road side assistance service. We have towing coverage with our auto insurance policy and this is the number that comes up after we've used it - they are just checking to see if everything was done to my satisfaction. I have West Bend Mutual and highly reccomend them - top notch customer service!

I PERFORM ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE FOR SEVERAL MOTOR CLUBS AND I WLL OCCASIONALLY HAVE THIS NUMBER ON MY PHONE, AND NO ONE IS ON THE OTHER END. I THINK IT IS POSSIBLY FROM AN OVERSEAS CALL CENTER AND SOMETIMES THEY DONT CONNECT PROPERLY.  WITH THE MOTOR CLUBS YOU CANNOT CALL THESE NUMBERS BACK BECAUSE THEY ARE OUTBOUND LINES ONLY

Two calls within 5 minutes of eachother. Both were answered by my voice mail (was not in the office at the time). The voicemail for both was 2 minutes of Christmas music... odd... very odd.

They called us four times in the middle of the night asking for Kelly and said they were from a roadside assistance place and that she had given them our number as a contact number.  I turned it in, but thought I would see what I could find out on my own.
