Calls all day from this phone #. I do not answer

How did they call me on a relative's phone who lives in another state and has another name??  Hello!!!

I get a call from that number about every second day. No one is on the other end of the line. I cannot tell them to take my number off their list and I doubt they would.

Thank you very much for this information.  I was suspicious when I got the second call (and never answered the first; no message left), and they asked for someone else.  After I said that that person was not available, I asked what company the caller was from, and I was told to say, "Mr. Burns" called. *CLICK*
I immediately called the business office of my phone company, where the Caller-ID said, "NOT AVAILABLE", and they informed me of the scam.  Tonight, I got the third call, and said to the caller that I had been informed of this number being a scam.  The caller 'assured' me that it was not, and directed me to Miracle Flights' real website.  I had already searched for the company by name, and found them to be legit, though unless you put in the telephone-number from your Caller-ID, or are savvy enough to click on the 'Contact Us' on the real page, and not find a match... Remember this: scammers try to be either as smart or smarter than you; don't let them be.

I am in Maine, and only strictly donate directly to the charities of my choosing in person.  While I wasted their time, I heard that someone in the background got $20.00 from someone who was roped into the scam.  I hope the poor sap didn't really have their shirt served to them.

Now this scam organization is calling claiming to be raising funds for the Michigan Firefighters, out of mount Pleasant, Michigan.  What a bunch of a***ipes!

Got a call, when I answered some guy said S&*t and then static, then he laughed (like very drunk) for a while, more static and I hung up.

Donor Services...soliciting donations

Call from 989 546 2001 out of Mt. Pleasant, MI area claiming to be Miracle Flight for Kids ( which is a true registered Charity).  Called the 989 number back and got a recording. If you call the real Miracle Flight number you get a real person.

The 989 recording also listed a service phone number of 1 800 393 0231, which when called also gives a recording of menu options.  This is also a scam.

Called the REAL Miracle Flight for Kids in Nevada, (the real numbers are  (702) 261-0494
Toll Free: (800) FLY-1711) and asked them if they had any solicitors out of Michigan. They said, "NO"!  The 989 is bogus solicitation, don't give them a thing, and tell them not to call back.

989 546 2001 and 1 800 393 0231 have reported to the National Do Not Call Register, and will probably be investigated by federal agents (at least I hope so.)

this phone call keeps calling and calling everyday..it drives me crazy because no one answers.

Received a call this morning but did not answer.  Afraid of being harassed.

Got a call from these scum bags last night claiming to be "Miracle Flight for Kids" which by the way is a great organization. They say the are a paid solicitor, and ask for a credit card. DON'T DO IT. I got a call today from the real "Miracle Flight For Kids" today and informed they never ask for credit cards. These same scum bags called before claiming to be a Vietnam Vet organization, again asking for a credit card. If  you have a paid solicitor asking for money hang up, and verify with what ever charity you care to donate to direct.

they called, asked for a family member. when I asked what the call was regarding they said they had no message and hung up.

Why did I register with the 'Do Not Call' list? The calls have only gotten more frequent now. This one just came in; of course they leave no message, of course the call was not important then!

Picked up phone, heard telemarketing in the back ground, screamed as loud as I could and hung up, they called right back, silent. AH

I called the number and got a recording explaining who they were. No way to opt out offered.

Repeatedly call.  When you answer, you hear a couple of clicks, and then static.  Then they hang up!
