I believe this call is a technical glitch from Airtel. If you have an Airtel number and the bill is past due, Airtel tries to reach you (automated service) and send a reminder. But due to some technical glitch, there is no voice at the other end.
This can also happen in form of some promotional offer etc.
Do you have a past due amount?
