This is the Nigerian 419 scam. There is no prize, just a lying scammer trying to fool you into sending him your money and details. He will keep your money, block your calls and steal your identity. He uses the names of big corporations illegally to make it look like he has the money to pay you. The guy who is offering to get your lost money to you is either another scammer or the same guy trying to scam you again, so do not take the advice of ICB in the comment above.
