Asked for me by my first name after I asked who it was. Spoke spanish. Said he was calling from newark so I thought it was work related. Then started talking about collecting donations or something like that.  I can understand Spanish but not if they talk too fast. I hung up.

Called, but didn't answer because it was an unusual and unavailable number. They didn't leave a message.
This is the second time this number has called in two days.

Wanted to know if I spoke Spanish. When I said "no" they hung up. How rude. Yet another scan on unsuspecting residents of the U.S.. Is the Government doing anything about this?

they called and asked for my mother by her full name. when i told them my mother wasn't home they asked when they could reach her then hung up.

When I answered the phone, they asked for me by my first name.  I asked who was calling twice and then they hung up on me.

Did not leave message but it's an international call from Brazil--I checked the area code (whole number is 55-113-225-6000-this site isn't set up to allow international country area codes, the "55" would be right before the 113 which is like our local area codes).  I would guess this has got to be an international phone scam, similar to the spammy emails asking for money transfers sent out by some Africans as seen in a Dateline report that I think aired last year.

I got this call twice and both times they asked if I spoke spanish I told them they had a wrong number and I hung up.
