Known Phone numbers: (14 that I know of....each of which calls at least 5 times a day to our business offices for emplyees (yes, they have been told this is a business and their calls will not be forwarded to our employees)...who knows how many more they may use)

Constantly calling back to back

that is not true, the phone calls start the day the payment is due.... even when you are up to date on your loan and they call every 30-45 minutes even if you talk to them.  they call it a "courtsey call" when it is just plain harassment.  my loan is paid within the grace period every month but I still receive the harassment "courtsey calls" from them

I think if you are going to call 27 times in a 4 hour period after being one day late then you should not let people know that you have a 10 day grace period d-bag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some people don't get paid on the same days every month. Perhaps you  should set up payments online that allow you to deduct automatically every 2 weeks .......seriously!

I had some problems with Nuvell in the past. But there are a a lot people up there that are good people. I won't say there are a few bad eggs. The rep I always talk with has always been very understanding and eagar to help. To prove it his name is Mike and his extension is 87743. I think he can help.

I apologize if any of you all think that Nuvell is so unprofessional, but you have to keep in mind, that alot of you have 3 or 4 different jobs a year and your cell phone# changes 6 to 10 times a year.  A lot of you all are unstable Americans, and it's now Nuvell's fault that you have defaulted on your loan payments.  We as Americans want to blame someone for our problems. BLAME yourself. You are the one with no job, no money, and can't pay your bills. Think of it this way to avoid your references being called family members, or etc...JUST PAY YOUR DAMN BILLS...

why are you sueing nuvell the are only contracted to collect your pmts they didnt process your contract/ nor did they force you to sign and agree to pay for the car you drive everyday and dont pay on time!!! funny how you can afford to sue but cant afford to pay your bills on time !! wow .. just take responsiblity and pay your bills!

We are not breaking any laws by calling all day. As long as people owe us, and we are calling at the right times of day, what can you say?  Pay the bill. If you don't pay your light bill...you will be in the dark.

well I say this everyone has hardships and have to make adjustment when bad situation accrued, but communication is the KEY to getting the assistance and help you need, I too have had similar situation but I returned the calls that was given and they help me, with the resource that they had available to do so, put yourself in there shoes, if someone owed you thousands of dollars, wouldn't you call? Wouldn?t you want to know why they haven't paid you? And if they have made no attempts to talk to you and explain what?s going on, would you call who ever you know to contact them? well that?s what there doing they want to know and you should be responsible enough to call and find out what can be done, even if you don?t have the money at the time, waiting months later to explain yourself is not good communication and you obviously don?t want the car, if you don't make the efforts to keep it. So you should check yourself before called them harasser

LETS JUST COMPLAINING ABOUT NUVELL CALLING YOU ABOUT NOT PAYING YOUR BILL MAKES YOU SOUND STUPID, IF I FINANCED A CAR WITH SOME OF THESE CUSTOMERS, I WOULD GAVE THEM A IQ TEST BEFORE THEY FINANCED THE CAR SO THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND THE CONSEQENCES OF NOT MAKING THEIR PAYMENTS!!

The funny part about this is that new one ask or made you sign the contract ...if you could not offered it you should have not purchase...you signed the contract and you agree to the terms...maybe you should have stop and ask...am i leaving about my mean...so please instead of planning someone else for you prblem try pointing the finger at your self...because if you would have handle your business you never would get the call...they call you because you late not because your on time....silly rabbit trick are for kids...

At the end of the day when its all said and done, alot of you are complaining about nuvell being nice enough to you, and giving you time to pay us back what you owe. so what we are nice enough to call you every day to give you a reminder. You know what happen to people in the streets if you don't pay back money on time, you get killed. So if you pay nuvell the total amount past due you want reiceve a calls. Alot of you make one pmt and think your good when you are 3 pmts past due, and that want do. So stop crying about nuvell wanting what you owe nuvell, and be happy they were willing to finance your broke a** anyway. If you don't like it, give up the car. At the end of the day, you still have to pay the balance after we sale it.

I wonder if you all know how silly you sound telling the world that you dont pay your bills. Are you serious?  The only people that are on here complaining are the ones that are seriously delinquent on their payment. And why would you think that if you ignore the calls they will stop?  The only thing that does is make them call you more and more until they say, forget it this person is not paying...we might as well pick up their vehicle!!!!

I would have to agree with the above statment. Nuvell along with all other collectors would prefer that you pay "your bill". Im sure they get the same frusteration when you dont answer the phone "because you cant pay your bill". Remeber when you finance something its not yours unless you have a dead or title. Alot of the time, people like to complain when the company is just doing there job, collect a debt. And in working in collections previously if you dont answer or set an arrangment, yes they call your mom, dad, granny, and all your kids if they have too, auto's are not cheap, remember they were nice when they financed your broke tail, but when they want payment they harrass?? WOW please get it together America.

they have contacted me the month after purchase of my vehicle if you are a day late they will harass u. i have a pending lawsuit against them for over charging me on a 36 month term with walsers the dealership and nuvell states i'm on a 60 month contract. the car was on the lot for 8291.00 plus fini chrgs of 1910.00 total 10201.00 since i bought the car on 11/06/2007 till todays date i have paid 6765.12 with pymts of 280.26 a month. they r chrging me 4 times total. i tried to reason with them with proof of contract.they are still non-chalant about it. so i have to do what i know best sue their punk assssssssssssss. OH YEAH IF U DON'T KNOW NOW U KNOW GMAC BOUGHT NUVELL A FEW MONTHS AGO.
