This is a call from New Delhi from a landline on the Bharti AirTel network.
011 is New Delhi's STD Code. The rest is the landline number from AirTel network.

I got call from this number 2day morning and they told me that my mobile number won 2nd place in lucky draw and i won samsung mobile worth Rs.18000 for free.. I have to pay Rs.3000 for warranty and service when they deliver the courier.. I did not participated in any lucky draw and they said they are calling from teleshopping.. In random 100 mobile numbers, my number got 2nd place.. Anybody received calls like this??
