I received something similar....said they were from Microsoft and I had MANY ERRORS on my puter. What happens is this....they have you turn on your puter and tell YOU to put in your PASS WORD and they will walk you through the procedure to fix it. DON'T DO IT......they are able to STEAL all your private info.

I told the idiot that called me that I found it strange that my puter has errors because I DON"T OWN A PUTER.  He HUNG UP on me!

got a very strange call today from this number 13312453798. The guy said he was from the windows server department and that some infectious software was downloaded on my computer. He said he will instruct me how to remove. Sounded suspicious, so I asked him for his phone number to call him back. He gave me this number. I don't think I will call him back because my antivirus software should have picked this up, right?
