I received calls from >>>>>138-372-2413<<<<<< saying that its from MICROSOFT, saying that someone was trying to HACKed my computer, I asked his name and said "my name is J" I couldn't understand a Sh*t, he might be Indian......he wanted me to turn off my computer...i calld Microsoft and they NEVER call their customers.

Had a few of these, like Brad, I played along for nearly 30 mins! In the end HE told me to f**k off! I burst out laughing at him and then he hung up!

Just had a call from this number - saying that my computer was receiving malicious files.  Told him that he knew nothing about my computer at all, and he said that he could hack into it right now.  I told him to go ahead and show me that he could do that (it would be pretty amazing if he could - it was switched off).  He said that he could hack into my computer and f*** my wife.  I laughed, told him he was stupid, and hung up.

The caller (with an Indian accent) identified as being from Microsoft - I knew immediately that this was false. He said there was a problem with my PC. I asked him what a PC was. He then asked me what type of computer I had. I said I did not have a computer. He disconnected rapidly.  And I spent the next few minutes laughing!!! This is the first time I have had a call like this, although I know others have had these calls.

I had s call from this number a week ago staying she was from Microsoft, that they had gotten malicious reports &  she needed to get into my computer to see how badly it was infected & asked me if my computer was turned on.  She had a very thick "Indian" accent.  I  told her I have a great antivirus program &  my computer was not infected.  I told her that I'm not interested, told her goodbye & hung up.   Not 2 minutes later my phone rang again coming up with unknown number.  I  answered it & it was the same woman saying we got disconnected & told her no I had told her goodbye.   She asked me again if my computer was turned on & I  told her that I'm not interested in whatever it is she it's doing & to please take my number off her list & do not call me again. This was on my cellphone do I just put the # in my blacklist app.  Today I got a call from a number that was the same except for one digit.  It was a man with a thick Indian accent stating he was with Microsoft & began telling me the same thing, asking me if my computer was on.  I  told him  that he was not with Microsoft & he was a scammer, to take my # off his list & hung up.  These people make me so angry because there are evidently people that fall for this or they would be trying something else by now.  Be safe everyone & do not  let anyone in your computer unless you have called them & know exactly who they are.

I  got a call from this number last  week, a lady stating she was from Microsoft & had been getting error messages & she needed access to my computer so she could see how badly it is infected & asked me if my computer was on.  She  had a very heavy " Indian" accent & hard to understand.  I  had a feeling it was a scam & I told her that I have a very  good anti-virus program & my computer is not infected,  said thank you & hung up.  Not 2  minutes later my phone rang again,  coming up with "unknown" number.  I answered it & it was the same woman stating we had gotten disconnected & I told her we did not, that I had told her goodbye & I was not interested in what she had to say &  to please not call me again.   She asked me again if my computer was o n.  I Googled the number & came  across where it came up being a scam.  Today I received another call from this number, which is only one digit different, so I answered it.  It was a man, again with s thick Indian accent.  He said he was from Microsoft & I cut him off there & told him I know he is not from Microsoft, he is running a scam & to please remove my number from his list.  These calls have been made to my cell phone & I have had a calls blacklist app & I just add them to the list.  I  have a new phone I have only had it about a week.  Today I  discovered it has s calls reject list that does the same thing so I deleted my app.  I  don't know if everybody's  phone has this or not, mine is a Samsung galaxy S3.   This just makes me so angry at these people trying to scam me &  other people because evidently they are getting people to do this or they would have changed their tactics.  Everybody be safe & make sure you don't fall prey to these creeps.

I don't know who these people are; they call all times of the day and night. I don't answer, and they don't leave a message.

Got the same today.  This has happened before. Again it is a "problem with my computer."  I just tell them that they are a fraud

I have gotten this # 1-388-845-357  that comes up on the caller id.
I also get 1-285-976-318  notice there is a digit missing on the end.
I assume it is from the same people, although it is my business phone and I do not answer out of area calls, especially ones that are not even legitimate numbers.

I'm reporting this for my dad and it seems alot of people are getting the same time of call.  My Dad freaks out thinking something was wrong with his Norton on his computer.  He couldn't figure it out so he asked me to look at it while he was out of town.  When he received the call he had just gotten home from work and told them that he didn't have time to talk with them at the moment.  Thank goodness he didn't!!!  People like my Dad are the ones that end getting scammed because they don't know any better.

These are scum sucking criminals. There is no way that they can trace error messages from your PC and know what your phone number is. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!

Received a call from 138-884-5357 saying my computer is sending signals to them and needs repair (in East Indian or similar accent) I asked how did they know it was my computer? A: by it`s ID - Q: what is the ID # ? A: U have to be on your computer! SCAMMERS!!!  THIEVES!!! Do not give any info to those CROOKS!!! P.

I rec'd a call from them today, as well. I asked him what country he was calling from (seen 011+38 on phone) He answered, Canada. WHen I told him his number came up on my phone as a foreign #, he repeatedly called me a Liar...I hung up after hearing "Ma'am, you are a liar" repeated 5 times. LOL

got a call and she sounded East Indian. Said she was from Microsoft tech support and my computer was sending a lot of error reports to Microsoft indicating that there was something wrong with it and I was downloading alot of stuff. So told her I had a Mac and don't have Microsoft s/w loaded on it and that stopped her dead in her tracks.....lmao  Hopefully they'll make note on my number not to call.

Got the same today.  This has happened before. Again it is a "problem with my computer."  I just tell them that they are a fraud and the police have a tap on my phone.  Don't get as many.

Got a call today from this ##, but did not pick up. No message left.

caller claimed to be from Microsoft saying that my computer was sending out error messages. I played along enough for them to ask me to hit the control and windows key along with the R. its supposed to bring up some message. the guy picked up that I was messing with him and started swearing at me.

I have had two calls from this #.  I choose not to answer.

Called and said my computer had spyware on it and that they were calling on behalf of Microsoft, asked me to push the windows key + R. Real a***oles, one of them was basically raising his voice at me when I challenged him with questions. I told them to stop calling and hung up.

Same complaint as all of the rest! Only I did not answer! They left no message! I called the # and it was an invalid #!

I guess they changed tactics.  After I blasted them, they started calling every night around 4AM.  I'm really starting to really get pissed off.

I also received a call, same Indian accent.  Didn't want to talk to him and hung up.

Just received a phone call, but I didn't pick up.  Glad I didn't answer.

I keep getting calls from this number, but there is no one picking up.  Must be a robot call.  For the last few days I decided to wait until someone pick up.  Today someone did.  He asked to speak to Mr.  XXXX.  I told him it was me and did mot give him a chance to say much more.  I opened up at him double barrel.  He immediately hung up.  I will open up on anyone calling me, if I don't know who it is.  I'm done.  That's it.  They call, they get cussed out.

This number keeps calling me almost every day 3-4 times a day. Started 3 weeks ago. My firm is situated in Norway!
This is starting to be very annoying.
New person calling every time, and they don`t stop even when I keep telling them to pizz of!!
Now I don`t answear the phone when they`re calling.
