What the heck? This is a weird telephone number. I didn't answer the phone and they left no message. I have no idea what the call was about.
I live in Prince George, B.C., Canada.
I don't answer calls from people I don't know. Stop telemarketing spam.

So...ask how Kumar is doing, and if the caller thinks their parents would be proud of them...! LOL

Over the last 3 weeks I have received calls from the following International phone numbers.
407-545-6419
160-956-8696
140-325-5880
Any time I try to get their name and who they are working for, they hang up.
I have got to the point that I just don't answer and they never leave a message.

Received a call from this number mid Saturday morning. Was not familiar with area code, would not answer line. They don't leave messages on voice mail. From reading other reports on this site, it is good to see information that this out of country scam is getting noticed with this report board. What a great communication tool.

'Got the same call this morning but as a rule of thumb, if I say Hello and ain't got a reply within 1 seconde, I hang up immediately. Real people talk... You know you're called by computer screening a database when the computer notice the call is answered and then it's tranfered to a human being. Telemarketing agencies never had a chance with me... I'm the Lucky Luke of phone calls and I hang up faster than my shadow. lolllllllll

Just got a call from the same number claiming the same reduced rates. Obviously a telemarketing scam and the phone number area code originates in India where it is much more difficult to prosecute for cross nation disputes.
I live in Toronto Canada for the record. There is no limit or extent that a scam artist is willing to go to screw people out of there hard earned money.

Received a call (according to call display) from 140-325-5880. Trying to promote reductions in credit card fees. This # appears to link with another #, that being 877-510-5849. This 877 # links to the following webiste www.creditcardsupport.net. Just going to that website and reading the really small print on the bottom indicates "a $995 service fee will be assessed against $2500 savings.". Judge for yourself how ligitimate a company like this is based on 2 simple things - 1.) they like to mask their in-bound calls (often not displaying a legitimate # & company name) and 2.) then the $995 service fee. If you're at home and don't have a problem answering these calls, start to challenge them! They will continue to call until eventually they get the message LOUD & CLEAR that the majority of us aren't interested and would rather not receive these calls/scams in the 1st place.
