calls and no one is there and doesn't leave an answer....

The only thing I can suggest, to those who answered, is to check your next phone bill CAREFULLY to make sure it wasn't one of those things where someone calls, then hangs up quickly and dials long distant (or international) numbers on YOUR phone bill (it takes up to like 30 seconds or so for the phone to fully disconnect, so, yes, it is possible).

I received a call from the same number this afternoon.  If they call back, I do plan on answering it, just to find out what the hell it is.

The office number for Market Probe is 1-414-778-6000.  If the the caller ID output were off one number it would appear as 141-477-8600.  That may explain why the caller ID named Market Probe in the company name.  the are a customer survey company that does work for... Banks!  Like US Bank as everyone is posting.  My suggestion to anyone getting this call is to call you US Bank and complain about the calls, no the number listed in the ID.

I just got a call from this number and I didnt answer. I thought if it was important they would leave a message. I tried calling it back but it says not valid. I dont trust this s***.

Several calls from this number last week and this week (Aug. 10-20). Did not answer and they left no message. Typical scam.

Got a call from 141-877-8600. Didn't answer it, but the message was office noise with a snatch of a conversation that didn't really make sense.  Who and what is it?

Just got a call from this number.  I answered but nobody on the other end.  I waited quietly for 20 seconds and nobody ever came on.  My typical response is, "I WILL NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING WITH ANYBODY ON A PHONE CALL I DID NOT ORIGINATE, SO TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST IMMEDIATELY."

Called on a Vonage unlisted number. When I picked up the phone, no answer.

Wisconsin's area codes are 262, 414, 608, 715, and 920.  I smell deceit.

My brother just told me I recieve a call from this number claiming to be US Bank, wanting to talk to me about a "visit" I had with them.

I did not pick up after seeing the 141 area code and no message was left. I have an unpublished/unlisted number and take pains to be current on the "do not call" list. I'm waiting for word by phone about an ill relative so to run to the phone for no good reason was alarming, then annoying. If I pay for my phone line and opt onto the "do not call" list I expect my time and privacy at home to be respected.

I have recieved a call from this number several times, each time I answer it no one is on the other line. When I call it back a recording says it is not a valid number.

I've gotten a few calls from this number. With caller ID I know not to answer it and they don't leave any kind of message so we know it can't be important
