We also got call from 001425905307 informing that our computer is affected with virus and they will assist further. They will ask you to follow certain instructions like Start -> Run > Cmd ,...
It was really baseless discussion, hence we disconnected the call.

Seems to be a number from Hyderabad, Pakistan, 001425905307, a lady is calling to inform you that your computer does not work properly. Don't listen to them, put down your phone untill they hang up, or disconnect immediately... If you follow their instructions they give,  malware will be downloaded to your computer in order to steal your passwords, creditcardnumbers etc.
