I am selling a car in Finland and mr. Danhab82 wants to buy it.
But it seems to be better not to reply to his messages.

Everyone knows that cars are very expensive in Finland, so this is also a good joke. Who would buy a car from Finland, but Danhab.

Do you really think this guy is buying ALL these cars from all these people who posted here?
Also, he would likely spoof an email from Paypal making the seller think the funds were sent when they actually were not.

Also, sometimes these scammers might offer more than the selling price and want the difference wired back to them via Western Union.  Then the payment is found to be fraudulent, and the seller is out their item and their money.

That's the scam artists new number, placed an ad on gumtree and received a reply quite quickly with the same story and email mentioned above.
Asked after PayPal account details quite quickly and he said he has an agent will come and pick it up.
Thanks google for finding this page whilst looking up the email address after being suspicious of this email.

nigerian  /  africa  fraud  scammers.........

The first tip off is the subject line of the E-mail. In many examples the scammers usually just copy and paste your item description directly into the subject line of the E-mail. Second big tip off is in regards to shipping. The scammers almost always offer to take care of arranging shipping themselves. They may also mention paying with a Cashier's Check or PayPal in the initial or second E-mail. Suspicious E-mails may also use all capital letters, have bad spelling, request more contact or banking info from you, will not be concerned with the condition or price of the car, and will probably claim to be a re-seller or agent for someone else. If any of these things are in an E-mail you receive you have a scammer on your hands!

Additionally, if the buyer is claiming he is at sea at the moment and has limited access to the internet, it is a scam. They will most likely be using a free E-mail service as well. Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail are common ones but there are many more worldwide. If you do not recognize the domain of the E-mail (the part after the @) just copy and paste it into your browser and go check it out. If it is a free service be very wary.

This is a well known scam artist who has taken many people on Australian advertising sites - just google his email address and you'll see how. These people are scum.
