"Paul from Bend OR" cut out when I started asking him to repeat what he said because I did not understand what he was calling about! Also the area code did not come up complete on my phone - just UNAVAILABLE 69-851-8462 which I thought might be an overseas call for my husband because he gets them occasionally & they have 2 digit codes over there! Strange - going to have to update my "Do Not Call" List I guess!

It's called caller id spoofing. Look it up.

I received the exact same "healthchange.info" scam in the same way to my landline. The number was 1-000-012-3456 instead of what you guys got. From what I see, WOT's info tells me that that is a complete scam, probably a phishing threat from the vagueness of the information the pre-recorded call gave me. I would immediately hang up and not even bother if receiving a call from them again. Thanks for the your info everyone and Betsy.

Same story, Paul from Oregon who wanted to share his opportunity with me. I hang up and report calls like his to the national no-call list. They will notify the person that these calls must cease, and fines up to 10K for each violation.

I have received 2 phone calls from this number claiming to be a man named Paul who said he had heard about us and ask about a  product called 'HealthChange.info.  It was a recorded computer generated call.  Are they getting information from us that could be dangerous or used for  Identity Theft?

Got the same call.  At first thought it was a live caller but after a minute realized it was a recording.  Wife asked me to google it and came to this site.  My take, a very odd marketing call.  Paul from Oregon who got my number online.  Asked me to watch a video.  Pretty weird.  We hung up.

Received a call from this number at 1:25 pm on Thursday, June 28, 2012. No message. Don't know how they got my personal cell phone number. Annoying.

some recording when you answer ls saying they are paul & they got my information online & dont know if i'd had a chance to watch the video or not; and dont know if it will make me happy or angry...

no one answers and when I call the number I get a message saying to please check the number.  some sort of international scam??

Got a call from this number; showed up as an unknown number on my cell, but the voicemail that was left had a phone-number signiture on it (169 854 8462).

Message left asked me to call another number ((678) 318-3656) for an "amazing opportunity" to make "thousands through my cell phone".

Obviously a scam. I'm just interested in how they got through to my corporate cell phone with a phone number that I can't look up.

Received a call from this number at 9:45 this morning.  They only called once and no message was left.
