Yes, I've got one too. I'd got the odd spam sms, but a recent UK directory publishing mobile numbers seems to have changed the game.
On Saturday, I got three spam sms's during the morning and now this call.

This number (179 248 2440)calls me once or twice a day, every day for a week now. I never pick up strange calls so haven't picked this one up either, however checked my voicemail and it was just a few seconds but only with some background noise. Not sure who's number is this or how I could block it.
